The sojourn of Thailand and Indonesian clergy to Tamil Nadu mosques and the Corona virus or COVID-19 implications [1]

GOI order to ban seminar, conference etc March 2020

The Islamic congregations that went on in Tamil Nadu with Thailand and Indonesian clergy: The first death of COVID-19 or Corona virus-infected person on 25-03-2020 has raised many questions, because of the way, it has been / being reported through media even today. Now, it is a fact that Islamic preachers that have come to India from Thailand and Indonesia have been infected with COVID-19. They have entered India as “tourist” with “tourist visas.” As per the reports, it is known that the two groups landed at the New Delhi in the first week of February and March 2020 respectively. That they had gone to local “Dabliq centre” and then proceeded to their invited places is implied with their movements and few reports. From New Delhi, they reached Chennai either by flight or Train. From there, they had reached their invited places by train and as well as by private vehicle. That they had busy schedules of visiting many mosques, preaching and staying prove that their visits have been well-known and arranged. The GOI issued a circular No.PS/AMS/SJH/2020 dated 09-03-2020, warning that “In wake of COVID-19 outbreak going on in the country, all the functions including seminars, workshops, conferences are to be cancelled. This is for urgency and necessary compliance.” So, all the organizations, institutions and others who arrange such gatherings, where, more than 50 / 100 people assemble must have cancelled considering the prevailing conditions. But, it is evident that the visiting groups carried on their activities and their hosts or sponsors accommodated them at the mosques and provided all facilities to preach and propagate Islam.

He had a medical history of prolonged illness with steroid-dependent Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, uncontrolled diabetes with hypertension,” he said. He also said COVID-19 with comorbidity like uncontrollable diabetes and hypertension and immunosuppression are high risk-conditions and asked people with such conditions to be “extra cautious.” During a press meet on Tuesday night, 24-03-2020, the Minister clarified that though the patient did not have a travel history to an affected country, they had traced his contact history and found that he had come in contact with some Thailand nationals, who were on tour in the State[2].  After death, the patient was mentioned as “the COVID-19 positive patient.”

A group of seven tourists from Thailand had reached Erode on March 12 and they had spent time in three mosques in the city. The media and the Govt. officials continue to mention them as “tourists” without revealing their identities. Later, one of them caught a fever and was admitted to the Coimbatore Medical College Hospital, where he later succumbed. His coronavirus tests had reportedly returned negative. Two other tourists from the same group were tested positive for COVID-19 recently and are being isolated and treated in IRT Medical college hospital, Perundurai, Erode district. A total of 136 people in Erode have been placed under home quarantine after the tourists tested positive and the district administration has also begun fixing identification stamps in front of the houses of those who have been quarantined. Tamil Nadu now has 12 cases of COVID-19, of which one patient was cured and discharged from the hospital. Of the 11 active cases, 10 patients had travelled to India from abroad and one patient has reported no travel history within India or abroad. As on Monday 23-03-2020, the government of Tamil Nadu has placed 12,519 people under home quarantine and has sent 552 samples for testing.

The suspected COVID-19 Thailand preachers admitted in Perundurai IRT Hospital [16-03-2020]: The district health department officials have admitted five Thailand citizens to the government hospital in Perundurai after one of their teammates was found with Covid 19 symptoms at the Coimbatore airport on Sunday. According to an officer, the six had come down to Erode from Thailand on Saturday 11-03-2020 to participate in some religious meetings. “One of them suddenly fell sick and decided to return to Thailand. He booked a flight from Coimbatore airport, where he arrived on Sunday. Airport officials subjected him to a medical check-up and confirmed that he was having Covid-19 symptoms. Subsequently, he was quarantined in Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital (CMCH), but tested negative for Covid-19 on Monday 23-03-2020 evening,” said Dr S Soundammal, deputy director, health services, Erode district[5]. Based on the information that he was accompanied by five others, the health department officials in Erode went to Perundurai, where they were staying, and admitted them to the government hospital. “They are put in a special ward. Doctors have collected their blood samples and they will be treated based on the reports,” Soundammal said[6]. Meanwhile, their teammate died of renal failure at CMCH on Tuesday 17-03-2020.

What happened from the first week of March to 17-03-2020: The two Thailand nationals, who have tested positive and currently quarantined at the IRT Hospital in Perundurai in Erode district, are part of a group of tourists who arrived in Tamil Nadu in the first week of March[7]. One person, who tested negative for COVID-19, passed away on March 17 at a hospital in Coimbatore and the group is understood to have visited several places in Erode[8]. With two Thailand nationals testing positive for COVID-19, 130 families in two areas in the city, where the two nationals had stayed earlier, have been home quarantined, and others are not being allowed to enter the streets on 23-03-2020, Monday. A group of seven nationals had arrived in the city and had stayed at a masjid in Sultanpet and the masjid near Kalaimadu Street for over a week and were involved in preaching[9]. One person developed a fever and was admitted to Coimbatore Medical College Hospital and tested negative for COVID-19[10]. However, he died later due to complications of diabetic nephropathy and septicaemia. The other six nationals were admitted to the isolation ward at Government IRT Perundurai Medical College and Hospital on March 16[11]. Two tested positive while three tested negative while the test result of one nation is yet to be received from the King Institute of Preventive Medicine, Guindy[12].

The closure / sealing of two mosques infected / visited by the COVID-19 infected preachers: As the authorities and the media have been trying to suppress the identity of the people involved in the COVID-19 contamination, they have been limited in that aspect. However, when the question of disinfection activities comes, they have to close the mosques. This would become a serious issue. The Corporation has issued closure notices to the two masjids and has begun preventive measures in the two areas where the nationals had come in contact with people. Their cook, guide and a few others have been home quarantined. On Monday, nine streets in Sultanpet area and five streets in Kollampalayam areas were closed for public movement and the roads leading to the streets were blocked by policemen, as has already been mentioned above. Health officials carried out surveys in the areas to check people with fever or other symptoms, and residents were advised not to leave their homes. Corporation Commissioner M. Elangovan told The Hindu that disinfectants were sprayed in the streets and the wholesale provisional market and shops functioning in the area were also closed till further orders. He said that one health official was posted for each street to monitor the situation and people were asked to stay indoors. Deputy Director of Health Services S. Soundammal said that 10 persons who were in close contact with the Thailand nationals were quarantined while 130 families in two areas were home quarantined.

An Arabic teacher / moulvi / madrassa teacher arrested for sexploiting children in Hyderabad – why Mohammedans indulge in such practices ? (2)

Madrassa teacher held - DC - 04-05-2018

Voyeurism, molestation, assault are all part of the sex crimes: action taken by the police: Inspector General (Women Safety), Swati Lakra, welcomed the Centre’s decision but urged for efficient investigation and fast-tracking of court procedures. “Like our dedicated POCSO court in Hyderabad, we will soon have courts all across the State. With all amenities and keen monitoring, better results can be achieved in districts too,” she said. Meanwhile, Sunitha Krishnan, activist and founder of Prajwala, set up for the rehabilitation of rape and trafficked victims, said that though she is not against the move of the Centre, the death penalty or any other serious action does not solve the problem. She pointed out that there has been no speedy execution of justice for years. “I have around 100 victims aged between 3-10 years whose cases have to tried under POCSO Act, but none of them have been started yet. There in no closure in terms of justice, despite the Act mandating that they have to be over within a year,” she said. Once there is speedy justice, where for example, in 10 cases, all 10 are awarded punishment, it will act as a deterrence mechanism to prevent rapes, she added. She also suggested that rapes aren’t the only crimes. Voyeurism, molestation, assault are all part of the sex crimes and it is important that there are solutions for this too. Krishnan, for a long time, has been advocating the creation of sex offenders registry and sex offenders support programme. While the former, is to name and shame offenders, list them on public domain which will alert the public while creating a fear among those committing crimes, the latter will help offenders.

690 cases of child rape in Telangana: NCRB: As per the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) data-2016, released in December 2017, Telangana State has reported as many as 690 cases of child rape (under section 4 and 6 of POCSO Act and Section 376 IPC) and 189 cases of sexual assaults on children (under section 8 & 10 of POCSO and section 354 of IPC). Similarly, figures for overall POCSO cases from that year reveals as many as 1158 incidents involving 1159 victims. Where as, figures for total crime against children (under POCSO, IPC, and other special and local laws) reveals 2900 incidents involving 3,242 victims. However, during the same period, only 277 persons were remanded to judicial custody and 75 were convicted by court with respect to rape cases. Here, for research purposes or otherwise, except, statistical figures, the background of the crimes, involved criminals and induced factors to commit such crimes are not reported or known. Considering the pattern of “child-abuse” by the Christian Mohammedan  orphanages, homes and madrassas, there is reason to believe that they – child related sexual abuses, child-raping and pedophile crimes – are connected with religious dogmas.

Hyderabad Madrassa incidence disgraceful- DC-- 22-04-2018

Hyderabad Madrasa incident ‘highly disgraceful’: Religious scholars and rectors of various Islamic seminaries in the city have termed the incident of sexual abuse of students by a madrasa teacher as “highly disgraceful”[1]. As the Mohammedan children are affected psychologically, psycho-somatically and physically, they have now realized that if the do not prevent such pedophile and children-raping, their future would be collapsed. They said that they will soon hold a meeting to discuss ways to prevent such incidents which are degrading the levels of the Islamic institutions[2]. It is a positive sign from the Mohammedan clerics to reassess and determine what has been wrong with their “Islamic institutions,” as pointed out. Hafeez Mohd Waheed, of Islamic Madrasa Board, blames the teachers who are mostly from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar for such shameful incidents. “In most of the incidents we had found the teachers from these States are involved. Most of the local institutions do not hire them. We had already sent an advisory to the institutions asking them to keep a tab on the activities in their institutions especially when there are boarders. Counselling sessions for the students are also held,” he explained. Pedophile and child-rape cases cannot be restricted to any state or area but the mindset of the people involved. As in Andhra, including Telengana, there have been hundreds of such cases reported and un-reported.

2,000 Islamic schools in Telangana State – 700 of them are located in and around Hyderabad, with 20,000 students studying: There are about 2,000 Islamic schools across Telangana State and about 700 of them are located in and around the city. About 20,000 students are studying in the institutions located in the city. Mufti Mastan Ali, who runs an Islamic seminary said that such incidents are condemnable and neither the management of the madrasa nor the accused’s family should come forward to arrange legal help for the accused person.  “Black sheeps are there in every community but the teachers hold a respectful position in the society. It is shameful to know that such incidents are occurring in the institutions,” he said. Ilyas Shamshi, a social worker and religious scholar said that the madrasas should have a parent-teacher committee like the regular schools.  “If such committees are formed at the institution level, the parents will also know the affairs in the institutions. The madrasas should also form a team of counsellors to go and meet the students especially the boarders who are from other states,” he said. Though, the “legacy issues” are being discussed, debated and contested by the divided states of Andhra and Telengana, in this issue, the moulvis coming from North-Indian states are blamed.

Hyderabad Mus;im population increases- DC-- 16-05-2017

Muslim population has been increasing in the Telengana state[3]: The growth rate of Muslim population is increasing and the Hindu population is declining In Telangana state. In one decade, Muslims population grew from 12.4 per cent (38,53,213) of the population in Telangana in 2001 to 12.7 per cent forming a population of 44,64,699 in 2011 — an addition of 6.11 lakh. Hindu population has marginally declined from 85.94 per cent at total of 2,66,30,949 in 2001 to 85.1 per cent at a total of 2,99,48,451 during the same period. The population, however, registered an increase in absolute numbers. The population of Christians also increased marginally in the state. According to the Telangana Social Development Report- 2017, about half of the total population of Muslims in the state is residing in Hyderabad district. Of the 44.65 lakh Muslims in Telangana, 17.13 lakh live in the Hyderabad district, constituting 43.5 per cent of the total Muslim population in the state. The Christians population growth was from 1.24 per cent to 1.3 per cent, taking the numbers from 3,84,373 to 4.47,124. Christians in Telangana are largely concentrated in the two districts — Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy. In the other districts where Christians have relatively higher presence are Medak, Nalgonda and Warangal. The percentage of urban population among Hindus is 32.6 per cent whereas the corresponding figure for Muslims is 74.6 per cent. Urban ratio of Christians in Telangana has increased from 63.1 per cent in 2001 to 69 per cent in 2011. Meanwhile at the national level, Muslim population is growing slower than it had in the previous decades and its growth rate has slowed more significantly than that of the Hindu population according to the 2011 census. The Muslim population still grows at a faster rate than the Hindu population, but the gap between the two growth rates is narrowing fast. India has 966.3 million Hindus, who make up 79.8 per cent of its population, and 172.2 million Musl-ims, who make up 14.23 per cent. Among the other minorities, Christians make up 2.3 per cent of the population and Sikhs 1.72 per cent. The data on Population by Religious Communities, as in Census 2011, showed that between 2001 and 2011, the Hindu population in India grew by 16.76 per cent, while that of the Muslims grew by 24.6 per cent[4].

Islamic pephile based on theology

Why and how the Mohammedan clergy indulged in child-raping etc?: The pedophile and children raping cases have been found characteristically and mostly among the Mohammedan and Christian clergy, teachers and other religious heads. However, only few come out with the fact that their scriptures and social snobbery involve them in sexual exploitation. Their scriptures describe, promote and recommend all sorts of rape, sodomy, and various types of sexual activities, inter-courses and treatment also. The medieval literature has been imbibed and obsessed with such excessive lewd, vulgar and bawdy sexual narratives. Keeping a “beautiful boy” by side has been considered as “hallmark” of theological and poetic fantasy. LGBTQ accounts have been connected with most of the rulers, warriors and slaves also. Invariably, a slave has to be a beautiful boy, or girl or woman or any LGBTQ. While the women were shared and passed on with the “hierarchical sexual exploitation,” the “beautiful boys” were kept with jealous without passing on. Thus, the child-raping has become part of the Mohammedan sexual ecstasy books.  The poetry, paintings and harems made them sexploitive leading to many complications. A myth was also created that the more a person rapes or have sexual relation with children, the more his sexual vigour grow for complete satisfaction. The sexy, porn and such type literature produced during the medieval period of Islamic world has been proof for this. Of course, the fighters / Jihadis require sex after every assignment, just like taking food.

Isam and pedophile-1400 years

Secular state has to follow secular principles in containing crimes: As Islamic jurisprudence provides enough and justifies such marital exemption, exception and exploitation, the clergy had been so happy to adjudicate such cases. The more the caeses he receives, the more he rest he rquires to adjudicate futher. For quick disposal, he may have to use deputy-categories. However, in moder times, now, such sexploitations continue, then, every sane person of civil society has to analyze it caefully and find out the truth. They cannot be allowed to be in “secular stupor” or paid-trance and lay-coma forgetting the facts. As the journalist studies and institutions have been under the control of secular, Marxist, Christian, Mohammedan categories, they would be held resonsible, if they still continue to indulge in propaganda, in reporting such serious cases in this way as piinted out here and as well as in other blogs.

Mohammedan Shabir slit throat of Hindu Subadridevi, as she refused her love, accept to get converted and so on – the media’s contradicting reports!

Subadhradevi, throat cut by shabir, vellore-TOI

Shabir slit throat of Subadradevi: A 23-year-old MBA student was arrested in Vellore on 30-04-2018 [Monday] for attempting to murder a woman whom he loved[1]. The incident took place at Green Circle here on 29-04-2018, Sunday night[2]. N Shabi / Shabir, a resident of Dr. MGR Nagar, Katpadi, and Sangeetha (name changed, as reported by TOI – Subathra Devi, 23, even “The Hindu” mentioned this name), of Kalpudur had been in a relationship since their “schooldays”. The youth was a first-year MBA student at a private education institution in Katpadi, while the woman is a graduate. Dinamani says, that both were studying in the same college, and he was harassing her[3]. Tamil media gives contradicting stories as some say they were in love for the last four years [since 2013] and some other confirm that the boy has been loving her on his own accord[4] [one-side-love]. Thus, they might be in “friendship” or “love” as usual in these days with infatuation, obsession and fascination, due to external compulsive factors. In most of the cases, it turns out to be “lust” rather than “love,” with psychological characteristics of criminality, as otherwise, the so-called lovers, would not immediately attempt to kill or actually kill such girls.  In any case, the press should have been specific in reporting.

Subadhradevi, throat cut by shabir, vellore

Love, love-making etc., growing with growing leather industry: In Vellore, Ranipet, Ambur, Vaniambadi, Tirupattur, Katpadi and surrounding areas, as lakhs of women work, mostly Hindu, in leather industries and the owners of such industries happened to be Muslims, they have been targeting them for all purposes. Many poor girls and women have been sexploited by the co-worker to Managing Director for increment to promotion. This has been going on for the last 40 years and increasing with the growth of industry and subsidiaries. Many times, they are offered to visiting foreign inspectors coming for quality checks, orders and export promotion. Ironically, from “Khajis” to “Hajis,” the Mohammedan categories have also been enjoying life without any harems. As every top industry has luxurious guest houses, many times, they turn into harems and they enjoy. Thus, side by side, sophisticated prostitution is also growing with leather industry. Ultimately, the prey has been poor and middle-class women, who are nothing but Hindus. Many times, love is used, misused and abused to trap and prey upon them and bringing to their desired plans. However, the “casting couch” adapted and adopted here is not recognized and reported, though, well-known.

Shabir arrested by the Police, Vellore- north station-2

Shabir’s adamant insistence about conversion to Islam: Police said Sangeetha had told Shabir to get her parents’ permission for their marriage. He approached her family members recently. This became a breaking point, as he violated the request of her. However, they objected to the marriage since they were from two different religions. Incidentally, Shabir has been very adamant about his religion and persisted that she should get converted to Islam. Following this, the woman asked her lover to be patient and also firmly told him that she would not get married without her parents’ permission. She also asked him not to follow or pursue her, but, he continued to harass her. Thus, the “conversion to Islam” raises many questions. Why not the Mohammedan boy get converted to Hindu and continue to love, get married and enjoy life. Or follow their respective religions and enjoy life. But the “one way insistence of conversion” exposes the dubious nature of love, untrustworthy of man-woman relationship and questioning his intent.

Shabir arrested by the Police, Vellore- north

Calling for evening meeting, insistence for conversion and attacking with knife: On Sunday evening, Shabi contacted the girl and asked her to come for dinner[5]. Obviously, she went there to pacify him or to explain the reality. After they had food at a restaurant near the Green Circle, they walked towards the parking lot where Shabi opened the topic of their love and marriage[6]. Sangeetha allegedly denied his request to marry him and once again told him to wait for her parents’ permission[7]. Actually, Shabir was vigorously persisting her to convert to Islam, for which she again refused. “The Hindu” ironically silent in the English edition, but mentioned in the Tamil edition[8]. As argument turned into acrimonious duel, enraged Shabir exhibiting his true colours took the knife out. Then, the furious lover, enraged dater and fundamental Mohammedan started attacking her with knife. This proves that he had planned and deliberately decided to attack or kill her under the determined pretext of conversion.

Cut throat as she refused to get converted-Vellore Sabir- 30-04-2018.news cutting

The parents complained twice but, no legal action taken: Angered over this, he abused the girl and took a button knife that he was carrying with him and slit her throat, according to Vellore North inspector of police K Nagarajan[9]. Shabi attempted to murder Sangeetha as he doubted that she was planning to get married to someone else, added the inspector[10]. “The girl’s family had earlier lodged a complaint against him with the Katpadi police for harassing her to get married to him. In fact, they complained twice, but, the police advised them and sent away. The police had obtained a written statement from the youth and warned him not to disturb her anymore [regarding marriage],” added the police official[11]. Thus, why they had nor registered the complaint is intriguing. They need not treat it as communal issue or otherwise, as the rights of women should be protected.

Cut throat as she refused to get converted-Vellore Sabir- 30-04-2018.news cutting.2

The grudge, ramcor and cruel mindset coupled with religious fundamentalism and fatatcism tell different story: When the grudged Shabir stabbed and slit the thraot in front of many onlookers, they tried to catch him, but, he ran away. Here, the grudge, rancor and cruel mindset of him can be understood easily, as no true-lover would do that. The “Swati-type” heinous criminality and venom to kill are exhibited. “Target, if you cannot get it, elimanate or destroy it” could be only the perverted fundamentalism nurtured by religious dogma. As it is raising head again and again in many parts of India, it cannot be ignored as a stray event. However, the public caught hin and handed over to police station [Vellore-south]. The throat cut girl fell on the ground crying. They helped the woman get rushed to CMC Hospital where she received around treatment with 10 stitches[12]. The doctors declared her out of danger[13]. She was discharged from the hospital on Monday morning. After this, the police registered a case against Shabi under sections 294 (b) (abusive language – sings, recites or utters any obscene song, ballad or words, in or near any public place) and 307 (attempt to murder) of the IPC [Indian Penal Code] and remanded him in judicial custody. Had they taken action the monent the first complaint was given or at least the second, the horrible incidence could have been avoided. As such incidences have been repeatedly happening in Tamilnadu itself, the Police could not have been docile and dormant in such cases.
