06-09-2023 FIR filed on Congress Minister, Karanataka: In Rampur, an FIR has been registered at the Civil Lines police station against Udhayanidhi and Priyank Kharge for allegedly hurting religious sentiments based on a complaint by an advocate, Ram Singh Lodhi, police said on Wednesday. Both leaders have been booked under sections 295A (insults to the religious beliefs of a class) and 153A (promoting enmity between different groups) of IPC. “A case has been registered against Udhayanidhi for his statement calling for eradication of Sanatana Dharma and against Kharge for supporting the statement,” a senior police officer said, requesting anonymity. Though other Congress spokespersons and leaders had been cautious, he came out openly to support the DMK minister.
FIR registered with different sections of IPC: In his complaint, Lodhi has alleged: “Udhayanidhi compared Sanatana Dharma with diseases like dengue and malaria, and said it should be eradicated… This remark hurt the religious feelings of Sanatanis like me and should be seen as an act of creating hatred among people.” In Madurai, police have registered a case against Paramhans Acharya, a seer from Ayodhya, for allegedly issuing death threat by putting bounty on Udhayanidhi over his remark. The cyber crime police have registered a case under various IPC sections, including 153 (provocation to cause riot), 153A (promoting enmity between different sections of people) and 506 (criminal intimidation) based on a complaint by J Devasenan, a DMK functionary. The also named an Uttar Pradesh-based journalist Piyush Rai for recording and posting on social media the seer’s video which, Devasenan alleged has “caused panic and fear among the people of Tamil Nadu and may lead to communal riots and disturb public peace.” In the purported video, released on Tuesday, the seer is heard saying: “…if required, I myself will behead MK Stalin’s son, and I will also increase the bounty of ₹10 crore if that is not enough for beheading him.”
2022-23 how the Dravidian model with Dravidian stock work to blaspheme Hindu religion: After the DMK coming to power, the Dravidian ideologists have been trying to divide the mutts based on parochial issues like caste, liturgy, Vaishnava-Siva polemics etc. They also try to exploit the inter and intra differences among the various believing systems of Hindu faith by raking up settled issues. As the mutts have been the owners of billions of rupees worth of properties and temples, the atheist and Dravidian politicians have been trying to threaten the Mutt heats with different non-issues. The “Pattina-pravesam” was opposed by the DK and the DMK gave a tacit support. Then with the scheme of “any caste person can become an archaka,” they even divided the same mutt or the believing muts of a particular denomination. With “Saivism,” they also try to makem themdeclare that they are Savites and not Hindus. However, all have to come under “Hindu” only as per the Art.25 of the Indian Constitution.
BJP writes to the TN Governor requesting permission to proceed legally: Just after DMK Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin came out with a statement hitting out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the Sanatan Dharma row, the BJP leaders approached Tamil Nadu governor T N Ravi seeking action against the minister[1]. State BJP chief K Annamalai took to social media platform X to report about the meeting[2]. He said the senior leaders of the party met T N governor R N Ravi to submit memorandums against the DMK Minister. They sought the Governor’s intervention in filing cases in line with the Supreme Court’s guidelines against Udhayanidhi Stalin for his alleged “hate speech” at the Sanatana Eradication conference. The leaders have also asked for the dismissal of Minister P K Sekar Babu for attending the conference, where Udhayanidhi made the remark, which they allege was “a violation of his oath to office.” This comes a day after an FIR has been registered against Amit Malviya, in charge of BJP’s IT department, for “distorting Tamil Nadu Youth Welfare Minister Udhaynidhi Stalin’s remark on Sanatan Dharma.” According to local police, a case was registered against Malviya on Wednesday under IPC sections for deliberately misrepresenting Udhayanidhi’s remark to cause disharmony and create enmity among different sections of people. Malviya had posted on X that the DMK leader had called for “genocide” of 80 per cent population who follow Sanatan Dharma. The FIR was registered following a complaint, they said and did not elaborate.
07-09-2023 – A Raja too blasphemed through his hate speech: An application has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking registration of an FIR against Tamil Nadu Minister and DMK leader Udhayanidhi Stalin for his recent statements made against ‘Sanatana Dharma’[3]. The plea also seeks contempt action against the Delhi Police and Chennai Police for not complying with the Supreme Court’s direction to register suo motu FIR in hate speech cases[4]. The plea seeks for registration of an FIR against Stalin for the act of ‘outraging religious feelings, insult of the followers of Hindu religion and instigating enmity between different groups on the grounds of religion’[5]. It is contended that the statements amount to offences punishable under Sections 153A, 153B, 295A and 505 of the Indian Penal Code[6]. The plea has also sought for registration of an FIR against A Raja, MP from Tamil Nadu and former Cabinet Minister, for his remarks against Sanatana Dharma[7]. Raja on Thursday (07.09.2023) compared Sanatana Dharma to diseases such as HIV and leprosy[8]. This Raja has been notorious for making such hate speech continuously, but no action has been taken. Many videos have been available as evidence for his speech.
How A. Raja MP could make hate speech continuoysly?: As these Dravidian ideologists continue to blaspheme, but the local police takes no action, because, they cannot take action against their own ministers, this type of hate speech has been continuing without check. The plea has been filed by Advocate Vineet Jindal, who said that, being a Hindu and a follower of Sanatana dharma, his religious sentiments have been hurt by the statements made by Udhayanidhi Stalin. The applicant alleges that Udhayanidhi Stalin calling for eradication of Sanatana Dharma and comparing Sanatana tp mosquitoes, dengue, corona, and malaria amounts to hate speech[9]. The applications have been filed by Jindal in the case of Shaheen Abdullah v. Union of India which seeks action against hate speeches[10]. Jindal has filed one application to get himself impleaded as a party in the case and another application seeking directions for FIR against the DMK leaders. The TN CM, Stalin happens to be the Minister for Police, Law and order etc., and instead of controlling the situation, he has issued a statement supporting Udhyanidhi’s speech. This is how such hatredness has been promoted, nurtured and encouraged in the state for the last 70 years.
The DK and DMK have been anti-caste and anti-religion, as some try to interpret: The general narratives of the Dravidian ideology by non-Tamilians woukd be of this stereo-typed nature without going into the details. Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK), Tamil Nadu’s ruling party, has its roots in the Self-Respect Movement begun by EV Ramaswamy ‘Periyar’[11]. The early 20th-century movement championed opposition to caste and religion and positioned itself as a rationalist movement against social evils[12]. But, most of their attacks had been against Hindu religion only. Through the years, these ideals have influenced the state’s politics, including the parties DMK and the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK), which emerged out of the movement. Periyar, the founder of the Self-Respect Movement (1925), was strongly anti-caste and anti-religion in his outlook, but they have been in reality anti-Hindu and castesist. He advocated major social reforms related to caste and gender, and opposed the domination of Hindi, emphasising the distinct cultural identity of the Tamil nation. Here, it has to be identified with the Tamil separatism.

They are well-armed and well-connected to the police, the judiciary, and political parties.They have links outside Kerala and India and with all other kinds of illegal and criminal flows.The media in Kerala is in a tizzy these days over ‘quotation’ gangs and their influence on everyday life. Like evil spirits dancing upon the bodies of fallen heroes in abandoned epic battle-fields, ‘quotation gangs’, it seems, now dance upon the dead political heroism of the Malayalees. Suddenly, the media finds, they are everywhere, settling every kind of dispute. The institutions of law and order are turning, slowly, into adjuncts or versions of ‘quotation gangs’. The rivalry between political parties and factions within them is important in the growing ability of the ‘quotation gangs’ to intimidate people. There has been plenty of anecdotal evidence recently that the growth of the real-estate construction sector, one of the sectors of Kerala’s economy that has registered rapid growth in recent years, has been greatly aided by the willingness of the political parties, the bureaucracy, and the law and order machinery at all levels to turn a blind eye towards all sorts of rights violations. Reports of threats, major and minor physical violence, and even murder by the sand and quarrying mafia have been frequent. Besides the usual goondagardi in the streets and markets, they offer ‘personalised services’ of a criminal and violent nature, for a specified price[2].
05-04-2023, Sivaram was kidnapped, beaten and thrown on the road: The police have arrested a woman in connection with the attack on a youth who was dumped naked on road in Ernakulam[3]. The Police admitted him at Venjaramood Gokulam Medical College Hospital[4]. According to reports, the youth was in a relationship with this woman[5]. The accused is identified as Varkala native Lakshmipriya[6]. Thus a young woman, college girl has been acting as a dada, in filimi style engaging “quotation gang.” A “quotation gang” attacked the youth as directed by Lakshmipriya, police said[7]. It is learnt that the woman plotted the crime with a quotation gang and her current boyfriend after the youth refused to end his relationship with her[8]. Lakshmipriya is named as the first accused in the case[9]. Earlier, police arrested Ernakulam native Amal (24), the eighth accused in the case. Police said that eight people including Lakshmipriya attacked the youth[10]. So the girl could also attack the lover without any mercy or repentance. Six of the gang are currently absconding. The incident took place on 05-04-2023, Wednesday[11]. The youth was kidnapped in a car owned by Lakshmipriya’s current boyfriend[12]. Thus, the media has been giving details in piecemeal.
They’re not lovers; he sent lewd videos, and harassed daughter: Talking to Manorama News, Lakshmipriya’s mother said her daughter was not in a relationship with the young man. “Both of them were friends. However, he later started verbally harassing her and even sent lewd videos to her phone. She had told me about asking her friends to help her get rid of his trouble,” said Lakshmipriya’s mother. She further said Lakshmipriya did not give any quotation to assault the youth. “It must be her friends who beat the youngster, not my daughter. She would never do something like that. Lakshmi is a talented student. You can ask her teachers if you doubt it,” she said. However, this mother has not to be seen repenting for all the happenings in which, her daughter has definitely played a crucial role. It is also known as to whether she or her husband have warned their daughter about her activities, other than studies involved in love affairs with one boy at the school and another at the college. Naturally, every mother would defend her daughter and son only, but, why she should not monitor her behavior, activities and love affairs. She could have advised, cotrolled and even checked her, hd she wanted to take action against her erring behavior.
‘Main accused demanded ransom to release son’: The father of the youngster has alleged that Lakshmipriya demanded money to release his son. This is more dangerous prt of the affairs. He revealed that the girl and her friends brutally assaulted his son. The assailants then took the money to buy liquor from a nearby shop. One of the assailants banged the beer bottle on Sivaram’s head. All these can be verified from the reports of the doctors, since the police has admitted him in a hospital. Cruelty continued as mobile phone charger wires were placed on his tongue to pulsate him with shock. That the young college girl admitted all these cruel acts has been unbecomimg and shocking. Later, the crew decided to give him marijuana. Lekshmipriya then forced the team to strip him and shoot the video. This is also inexplicable, as why such video is required is not known. He too stated that the duo were not in a relationship. “He was beaten up inside the car. They stole his Rs 20,000/- worth of golden chain, watch and Rs. 5,000/- money before covering his face with a black cloth[13]. From there, he was taken to an old house, where he was assaulted again. This time, they used a heavy stick to attack him and even gave him electric shocks[14]. They have the video of all that torture. My son is yet to recover from the shock of this atrocity,” stated the father. News has also reported that the Lakhsmi Priya family wanted to settle the issue by paying amount. They are trying to negotiate with the Siva’s father.

Why the Church interferes with the Lavanya suicide case with its political influence at every stage? (2)
The Christian version of the events: Sister Sahaya Mary, the 62-year-old hostel warden, was arrested under the Juvenile Act apart from charges of abetting suicide[1]. The place is near the Poondi Madha shrine that comes under the diocese of Kumbakonam. Jesuit Father Arockiasamy Santhanam, the spokesperson for the National Lawyers Forum of Religious and Priests, says the First Information Report does not mention conversion[2]. “It is the cook up story by the Hindutva elements,” he told Matters India on January 21. Father Kudanthai Gnani, the editor of Namvazhvu, a Church weekly, says the girl, who died January 19, was a twelfth grader in Sacred Heart of Jesus Higher Secondary School in Kumbakonam diocese[3]. The century-old school is situated in Michaelpatti near Thirukattuppalli in the Thanjavur district. The girl had been staying in St. Michael’s Hostel from the eighth grade. The hostel is attached to the school and managed by the Congregation of the Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, or the Pondicherry Blues, for the poor and the abandoned girls[4]. “We are very happy to inform you that Sister Sagaya Mary was granted bail and Sister Prisca Rachel anticipatory bail,” says a message from Father Singarayar of Madurai Jesuit province[5]. Some human rights groups on January 28 staged a protest meeting in Trichy in solidarity with the nuns. Hundreds of priests and nuns along with people of other faiths participated[6].
The bias of political parties, social activists and the media: The BJP on Thursday, January 27, formed a committee to visit Thanjavur to inquire into the death of 17-year-old Lavanya, the student who died by suicide on January 19. The BJP has alleged that the student’s death was after “harassment and coercion to get converted by the school management.” However, the claims that Lavanya was being pressured to convert to Christianity is still being probed by the police. In a statement, the BJP said that the party’s national president JP Nadda has constituted a four-member committee to visit the place of the incident and submit its report to him at the earliest. BJP MP Sandhya Ray and party leaders Vijayashanti, Chitra Wagh, and Geetha Vivekananda are on the committee. 29-01-2022, BJP State president Annamalai visited the home of Lavanya, consoled the family and granted Rs.10 lakhs. The BJP, Hindu Munnani and other Hindu groups demonstrated against the Christian interference and their conversion activities. They also pointed out how the other Political parties, Women organizations, social activists, actors and others have been keeping quiet in this case, while they used to raise voices for other cases. Thus, a clear bias can be noted in this case and therefore, that the BJP or the other Hindu parties taking advantage is not accidental, but, the anti-Hindu attitude of others. The print and electronic media have also been biased against Lavanya issue, thus, supporting the Christian missionaries.
The events leding to CBI enquiry etc[7]: The events taken place after the death of the girl proves that the case has been politicized by the DMK and the Church has already started interfering with the processes involved. The general public or readers are not able to know what happened before 09-01-2022 and such events led to the consumption of pesticide by Lavanya to kill herself. As she had been at the hostel, definitely, the circumstances prevailed there must have prompted her to do so. These pre-suicide events, perhaps, the Church want to suppress.
09-01-2022 (Sunday): Lavanya consumed pesticide / poison and started vomiting. Noticing this – vomiting, the nuns took her to a local doctor, but, it did not subsidise.
13-02-2022 (Thursday): Lavanya’s parents were informed about her health condition and asked to take her home for treatment.
14-01-2022 (Friday): The parents reached the hostel and they took Lavanya to Tanjore.
15-01-2022 (Saturday): The parents admitted her in the Tanjore Govt Hospital. As she became serious, the doctors informed the police about the condition.
16.01.2022 (Sunday): At around 09.30 a.m., a trainee S.I recorded the statement of the child. Crime No.40 of 2022 was registered for the offences under Sections 305 and 511 of I.P.C. and Sections 75 and 82(1) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015.
On the same day, from 04.25 p.m to 04.50 p.m, the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur recorded her statement after obtaining a medical opinion from the duty doctor about her fitness.
17-01-2022 (Monday): Muthuvel took a video of Lavanya.
18-01-2022 (Tuesday): Sahaya Mary mentioned.
19-01-2022 (Wednesday): Lavanya died.
20-01-2022 (Thursday): Sahaya Mary was arrested.

22-01-2022 (Saturday): Post-mortem done, the parents refused to take the body.
Muruganandam gave a petition to the Tanjore police superintendent Rawali Priya complaining that his daughter committed suicide, as the nuns forced her to do hard work and also to get converted to Christianity.
A video was recorded by Muthuvel of Lavanya telling that she was harassed and ill-treated by the nuns.
23-01-2022 (Sunday): Muruganandam filed a petition in the High Court, Madurai that the investigation should be done by CBI.
Antony Pappusay, Bishop issued a statement that the suicide of the girl should not be given any religious interpretation. Incidentally, the same bishop supported DMK for the elections.
24-01-2022 (Monday): The case came up in the High Court, Madurai and the judge ordered to hand over the body to the parents for conducting last rites.
25.01.2022 (Tuesday): Muthuvel appeared before the Investigation Officer and handed over the original mobile phone.
27-01-2022 (Thursday): The police filed evidences before the High Court, as per the court order dated 24-01-2022.
BJP appointed four women committee to look into the Lavanya suicide case.
A four member committee was formed to conduct an enquiry about the suicide of Lavanya.
28.01.2022 (Friday): K. Balakrishnan, the CPM leader alleged that BJP was circulating fabricated video on Lavanya suicide and conversion. Here, in what way, he is interested in this case is not known, but, supporting the Church is revealed.
29.01.2022 (Saturday): The police conducted an enquiry with the grandmother, grandfather and uncle.
Permission was denied to K. Balakrishnan, the CPM leader who wanted to visit the hostel at Michaelpatti. Perhaps, he tried to project himself as active as BJP that was also sending a group to verify the facts. However, knowing that he could create more trouble, he was denied permission.
31-01-2022 (Monday): Justice G.R. Swaminathan delivered his judgment with clearcut instructions.
The Tamilnadu Govt decided to file an appeal in the Supreme Court immediately.
01-02-2022 (Tuesday): On 1st February 2022 a plea in the Supreme Court was filed by Advocate Ashwini Upadhyay who had sought an investigation into the root cause of the death of 17-year-old Lavanya. He further sought a declaration that fraudulent religious conversion and religious conversion by intimidation, threatening, deceivingly luring through gifts and monetary benefits offends Articles 14, 21, 25 of the Constitution.
03-02-2022 (Thursday): On Thursday, the Tamil Nadu government through the Director General of Police moved the Supreme Court challenging the Madras High Court (Madurai Bench) order directing a CBI probe into the death of a 17-year-old student amid allegations of conversion.
The Immaculate Heart of Mary Society filed an appeal in the Supreme Court
12-02-2022(Saturday): Sahaya Mary was released on bail. The DMK MLA had gone there to receive her with “Ponnadai,” as if she achieved something by going to jail and getting released on bail.
14-02-2022 (Tuesday): The Supreme Court reused to intervene the order passed by the Madras High Court and ordered CBI to proceed with the investigation.

Why do the TN Christians exploit political clout to fight legal battles?: When the Church has no role in conversion, clean in all aspects, then, it need not issue statements through bishops and followers and filing petitions in the courts. Actually, two nuns were accused of torturing and forcing Lavanya to do hard work of which one – Sahaya Mary was arrested, whereas, the second one Rachael Mary has not been arrested. Initially, even the names of the nuns were not mentioned in the media. The second name was never whispered at all. Meanwhile, bail petitions were filed and thus, the former has been released on 12-02-2022 and the latter escaped from arresting getting bail. The person Ingo Hrudhayaraj has been working as an agent for many years negotiating with other church denominations and taking them to Karunanidhi and now to Stalin showing of that the TN Christians support only DMK and vote for the DMK cadres. Even today (on 16-02-2022), the bishops have met Stalin extending their support. As for as the Lavanya suicide case is concerned, they have been really in jittery, as the facts have been exposing their ulterior motive. When the issues have already gone to courts, they have to fight it legally, and not bringing political pressure at every level. The DMK, Stalin, Inigo Hrudhayaraj and the TN Church have been anti-Hindu, exposed through their congregations, meetings and other functions. Thus, the DMK government has been communal and the Church becomes fanatic and fundamental in suppressing the facts at different levels. Thus, the DMK MLA goes and invites the prime accused from the jail.
Inigo Irudayaraj used to conduct Christmas functions to blaspheme Hindu religion: DMK’s Tiruchy MLA Inigo Irudayaraj welcoming Sahaya Mary, the main accused in the Thanjavur girl suicide case, outside the Tiruchy women prison has sparked outrage on social media[1]. Though, the English media pointed out about the glaring incident, the Tamil media kept quiet. This Inigo Irudayaraj has been hobnobbing with the DMK, Karunanidhi and now with Stalin inviting them for Christmas celebrations and converting such stage to criticize Hindus and Hindu practices. He conducted such a meeting in December 2021 also, just before the TN Assembly elections. At that time two “Hindu Swamis,” one woman and another man heaped abuses on Hindu religion and Stalin was enjoying sitting on the stage. Under such circumstances, he has gone and received the accused nun. Thus, news comes. Sahaya Mary, warden of the hostel in which the girl stayed, was released on bail on Saturday evening 12-02-2021, following a Thanjavur court order on February 7, 2022[2].
DMK MLA receives the accused on her release from jail on bail: Inigo Irudayaraj had welcomed her by presenting a shawl and posted the pictures on his Facebook page on Sunday morning, 13-02-2022[3]. His post read: “Even at 62 years, Sahaya Mary has dedicated her life for the education of the rural poor children…Without seeking medical excuses like others, trusting our judicial system she faced the charges legally…Justice will prevail. We will continue to work and preserve religious harmony.” He stated in his post that Sagaya Mary sacrificed herself for educating poor children[4]. Irony that how the dead girl would get justice? The nun sacrificed herself for what, for saving the girl, preventing her from consuming poison, not extracting physical work from her? In what way, she is sympathetic towards the girl. The pictures caught the attention of netizens, especially BJP supporters, who questioned as to how a legislator can openly welcome an accused while the investigation is still underway[5]. DMK supporters were seen replying with proof of instances when politicians had met accused in cases[6]. Though intense campaigns for the urban local bodies were going on, BJP leaders of Tamil Nadu, including its State president K Annamalai, who raised the conversion charge in the suicide case, have remained tight-lipped about the DMK MLA’s action[7]. When contacted Inigo Irudayaraj said he did not want to give an interview in this connection. DMK leader in Tiruchy K N Nehru could not be reached for a comment[8].
The TN govt appealed against the High Court: The schoolgirl’s death has been mired in controversy with allegations of forced conversion against the school in which she was studying and counter-allegations against her family. The agency will probe all angles, said people in the know. The Madras High Court had ordered a CBI probe into the death of the schoolgirl which was later challenged by the Tamil Nadu government in the Supreme Court[9]. The Apex Court however refused to interfere with the Madras High Court order directing CBI to take up the investigation of the case[10]. “This court has a duty to render posthumous justice to the child. The foregoing circumstances cumulatively taken will definitely create an impression that the investigation is not proceeding on the right lines. Since a high ranking Minister himself has taken a stand, investigation cannot continue with the State Police. I, therefore, direct the Director, CBI to assign an officer to take over the investigation from the State Police, the Madras High Court had ruled on January 31. In her dying declaration, the schoolgirl had said that her missionary school had forced her to convert to Christianity and she had been subjected to harassment for refusing to convert”.
CBI registers abetment to suicide case: The CBI on Tuesday 15-02-2022 registered a case in connection with the suicide of the 17-year-old girl in Michaelpatti. This follows the orders of the Madurai Bench of the Madras HC on January 31, transferring the case from Tirukkattupalli police to the CBI. The case registered by the CBI is based on a report filed by Tirukkattupalli police on January 16, which, in turn, is based on a statement given by the girl to the police at Thanjavur Medical College Hospital. The CBI registered the case under Section 305 (abetment of suicide of child), and Section 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 75, 82 (i) of the Juvenile Justice Act. The girl, studying in Class 12 and staying in a hostel, had consumed herbicide and died at the hospital on January 19. She named hostel warden Sahaya Mary (62) in her statement and said she consumed the herbicide owing to mental stress caused by works assigned to her by the warden, The warden was arrested and later enlarged on bail. The girl’s father filed a petition in the Madras HC pleading transfer of the case to CBI and alleged that an attempt was made to convert the girl to Christianity.
Local bais with the DMK functionaries protesting BJP committee, CBI probe etc: The local DMK councillor, leaders and functionaries joined together protested against the BJP Women Committee to come to Michaeilpatti and conduct an enquiry at the hostel and school. They were claiming that they have been living there for many years without any problem. Moreover, in the hostel and schools, there have been Hindu, Christian and Muslim girls and there has not been any issue among them or on the basis of conversion etc. Therefore, only BJP and Hindu organizations have been painting communal colour to the issue. They also asserted that no CBI investigation is necessary, as the TN police have been carrying out their investigation very well. If that is the case and all have been going on well in that area, then, Tirukkattuppalli, a “Padal petra stalam,” would not have been changed to Michaelpatti. The local people have been so secular and respecting the religious sentiments of others such a name change would not have been taken place. Then, definitely, the Lavanya issue would not have arisen. Since all have come out, definitely, they have to be investigated.

Deivendran, a depositor complained that Mohideen cheated him[1]: A complainant, Deivendran said he had joined the scheme by depositing Rs three lakh, but had not received the assured monthly amount for the past eight months. Besides depositing his own money, he had collected Rs 15 lakh from 60 others and deposited it with Mohaideen, he said. Initial investigation revealed that Mohaideen had collected deposits from 1.20 lakh persons, running into several crores of rupees and that he had not paid any share from the profits, as assured by him. Officials said details of his properties were being collected and they would be seized after getting a court order Steps would also be taken to distribute money to depositors. Assistant Commissioner Arul Anandhan said Mohaideen had collected money from other districts of Tamil Nadu and also Pudhucherry. Mohaideen claimed he has not cheated depositors and that those who deposited Rs one lakh with him had earned upto Rs 10-lakh.
The Economic Offences Wing-II, Madurai started takig action: The Economic Offences Wing-II, Madurai, asked investors of Paramount Marketing Corporation functioning at Chinna Chokkikkulam in Madurai to appear before the Deputy Superintendent of Police of the EOW-Wing II with complaints and relevant original documents to get refund of the deposited amount, according to S. Thanabal, DSP, EOW[2]. In a press release issued here on Tuesday, he said Sheikh Mohideen launched the finance company in the name of Paramount Marketing Corporation. Announcing schemes promising unimaginably higher returns, he lured middle class people into depositing money in the firm. As many as 44,500 people from different districts deposited Rs. 65 crore. The company defaulted on repayment of the deposit and payment of interest. Based on a complaint lodged by Devendran of Tirumangalam, a case was registered under section 406, 420, 120 (b) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 5 of the TNPID Act, 1997. Later, the case was transferred to the EOW-II, Madurai. Only 2,706 depositors filed complaints before the EOW. The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court passed an order directing the EOW to submit a fresh final report before the concerned court, he added[3].
With Thirukkural, a Christian carried out literary fraud: Leave alone these financial frauds, court cases explicitly exposing the fraudulent activities of the floated companies and the modus operandi followed, the Thirukkural poses a big question here. In Tamilnadu, there has been politics, that too, emotional and sensational politics with the linguistic jingoism. Ironically, one M. Deivanayagam from 1960s has been cheating the Tamils by bring out out literary fraudulent booklets, deceitful pamphlets, Tamil shams – all in the name of Thiukkural. He is a Christian and with the support of the Catholic Mylapore Diocese, he has been carrying out such schema for the last 50 years. It is unfortunate that the academicians of all sorts, of many varieties and the officials connected with the organizations, institutions and others rarely condemned and reprimanded for such an academic deceit carried on in the name of Tamil, research and Thirukkural.
Mohammedans have been disparaging Thirukkural like anything consistently: As for as the Mohammedans are concerned, though, some like Mohammed Ismail, Manavai Musthafa and others, might praise, the book of Madhani has say finally. Madhani published a researched book, as they claim, “Is the Common Book Kural or Quran?” in 1968 and it was republished in 1974. Yes, Quran is the Book for all people and not any other book. The Common Scripture, Universal Prayer Book or Secular Religious Book could be Quran only. In fact, one of them openly declared that the Thirukkral could be used as “sanitary napkin.” In Mylapore, one Kannudhal used to fight for the cause of “Thirukkural – The Universal Scripture,” but, he was killed by the Mohammedans and the issue was hushed up. In May 2010, Rs 2,50,000/- was granted to one Mohammed Ali Jinnah[4] for carrying out research, as per the “Chemmzhi News Letter-1.” But, none knows or nothing known what he has done with that much of huge amount. Ironically, within three months, this financial fraud of Shaikh Mohideen came out, that too, exploiting Thirukkural only.
When “Thirukkural” was seized by the police and placed as en evidence f0r fraud in the court: The Madras High Coourt has ecorded the eent, for which every Tamilian, Tamil scholar, pundit or Pulavar should hang his head with shame. The accused Shaikh Mohideed has done such a heinous crime involving “Thirukkural” under the guise of deposirts, interest and so on. It may also be noted that a true Mohamedan reportedly claims that he would not lend money for interest. Here, as a Mohammedan, he has done and cheated also. Therefore, the police seized the copies of “Thirukkual” and placed a copy as an evidence in the court before the learned Judge.
Admittedly, in this case, A1 is the Company and A2 is the Firm. That being the case, such return would exhibit the non-application of mind. Further, taking cognizance is without a reasoned order the lower Court before taking the case on file, observed as follows:- “Seized book, “Thirukural Telivurai”. Perused. In the Book – headings Scheme II Conditions, in Crime, Investment Perused. Take this case on file.
Thus, it can be nooted as to how the Mohammedans and Christians have been disparaging, denigrating and blashpheming Thirukkural, yet, the learned people of Tamilnadu keep quite.
Multilevel marketing modus operandi followed to cheat the investors[5]: The Judge pointed out, “It is seen that the petitioners herein are wife and son of A3, the prime accused in this case; A1 is the Company; A3 and A5 are its Directors; A2 is the Firm; A3 is the proprietor, they all belong to one family and they have been actively participating in running the institution. The accused actively participating in all the programs of the Companies and thereby, instrumental in traversing the business, huge sums of money has been received from large number of depositors. The pamphlets of A2 reveals that it is only deposit of money, with a caveat the pamphlet issued in which it is mentioned that is not Multi Level Marketing or Pyramid Concept of Business System and it is not Money Circulation or Price Chits activities, which would not fall under any of these categories and fall under the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, thus, right from the inception, it is very clear and certain that cheating to be committed, amounts to be misappropriated and hence, by clear message the pamphlets have been distributed, creating a defence that no criminal offence will be attracted. From 2010 onwards, the case has been pending and the Judge pointed out the delaying tactics in Februury 2021[6]: The Judge recorded, “31. In view of the forgoing discussions, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief as prayed for by the petitioners. Accordingly, both the Criminal Original Petition and the Criminal Revision Case are dismissed. Considering the fact that the offence took place in the year 2010 and the charge sheet filed in the year 2016 and it is now 2021, still the case is at the stage of Section 207 Cr.P.C. taking note of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) as well as the counsel for the depositors and long pendency of the case, the trial Court is directed to conduct the trial on day-to-day basis, complete the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to point out that if the accused adopt any dilatory tactics, the trial Court to take coercive action against them, by cancelling the bail. Further, the trial Court has to take all the earnest steps to distribute the money presently available, proportionately to the depositors and further to take earnest steps to dispose of the attached properties and realize the money at the earliest.”

Paul Wilson, Head of the Department of Chemistry and his wife Jasmine Wilson, batting for Christian Carnatic Music: One of the most obvious yet unspoken contributions of Christianity to Carnatic music is the violin. This stringed instrument, which is an integral part of any Carnatic concert today entered the fray through Christian proponents. Vedanayagam Sastriar, a Christian, who is known to have composed hundreds of Carnatic keerthanas, learnt to play the instrument as a 12-year-old from German missionary Friedrich Schwarz in 1786. He went to pass on the art to Vadivelu Pillai, who became the ‘Asthana Vidwan’ in the court of renowned Carnatic composer Raja Svati Tirunal of Travancore. Baluswamy Dikshitar, brother of Muthuswamy Dikshitar, one of the Carnatic trinity, is known to have been the first person to infuse the violin into Carnatic compositions using the ‘Sa Pa Sa Pa’ string tuning which is still followed today. But like Vedanayagam Sastriar, Baluswamy Dikshitar also learnt the violin from European Christians. “He is said to have learnt to play the violin from a band in Fort St. George,” said Paul, explaining the role that Baluswamy’s patron, Manali Muthukrishna Mudaliar, played in arranging the interaction with the East India Company. It is a funny argument that just because the violin is used by the Carnatic players that Christinity contributed o the Carnatic music. nowadays, “keyboards’ are also used replacing many instruments and real instrumentalists, who used to play physically exhibiting their talents. However, it is not known that anybody could claim that the “keyboard” also contributed to Carnatic music and so on.
The Ragavendra family of singers[1]: Kalpana Raghavendar (born 8 May 1980) is an Indian playback singer, winner of Idea Star Singer Malayalam and participant in Bigg Boss Telugu Season 1, songwriter and actor. She started her career as a playback singer at the age of five, and as of 2013 had recorded 1,500 tracks and performed in 3,000 shows in India and abroad. Her father, T. S. Raghavendra (19 September 1945 – 30 January 2020) was an Indian actor, playback singer and occasional music director who concentrated on Tamil-language films. As an actor, he was known as the father character of actress Revathi in Vaidehi Kathirunthal. He also gave music for a few films like Uyir (old Tamil film), Padikkatha Paadam and Yaaga Saalai. His wife Sulochana is also a singer. His daughter Shekinah Shawn (born Prasanna Raghavendar) who is popular as an Opera singer and daughter Kalpana is also playback singer. These details are repeated in Wikipedia and other internet sources. As they have been probably Telugu speaking or Telugu knowing, all were singing in Telugu also. Particularly, these two daughters have been performing in Telugu mostly. While Shekhinah has been conducting Christian crusade programmes, Kalpana does all sorts, including TV shows and all. Of course, she has sung on and for Christians also and there has been rumours and gossips[2] about her “conversion to Christianity.”
Name changed as Thirumathi Prasanna was converted to Christianity with the name of Shekhiah Shwan Jazeel on 24-07-2005: The Tamilnadu Gazettee recorded that[3], “Thirumathi Prasanna, R., (Hindu), wife of Thiru Shawn Jazeel, born on 22nd January 1982 (native district: Chennai), residing at Old No. 21, New No. 39, Ponnambalam Salai, West K.K. Nagar, Chennai-600 078, has converted to Christianity with the name of SHEKHINAH SHAWN JAZEEL on 24th July 2005. PRASANNA, R. Chennai, 24th October 2008”. It is a government document and available in public domain. Therefore, it is evident that born from an orthodox Hindu family, that too, Brahmin got converted to Christianity. Even today, she claims, “Shekhinah Shawn was born in a Brahmin Hindu family,” to declare that she could possess such Carnatic musical background only because, she learned that tradition from the acclaimed gurus.
Kalpana Ragavendra’s achievements: In 2010 she was the winner of the south Indian singing show Star Singer season 5, conducted by the Malayalam TV channel Asianet. she was a judge of Super Singer Junior 6. Kalpana was born in a musical family. Her father, T. S. Raghavendra, was a reputed playback singer, actor and composer, while her mother, Sulochana, is also a singer. She has a younger sister, Shekinah Shawn (born Prasanna Raghavendar) who is popular as an Opera singer. Kalpana took her Carnatic music lessons under Madurai T. Srinivasan. Apart from her proficiency in singing, she holds a Master of Computer Applications degree and is pursuing Master of Philosophy. Kalpana began her musical career at the age of 5. Her first vocals were for a family song alongside P. Susheela, Mano, M. M. Srilekha and her younger sister Prasanna, composed by the music director Saluri Vasurao.
Kalpana Ragavendra – Associated with the Carnatic musicians: As an adult, she started her career as a full-fledged playback singer in 1999 by rendering her voice for the song Mangalagouriki from the Telugu film Manoharam under music director Mani Sharma. She has also worked with many legendary composers and singers like M. S. Viswanathan, Ilaiyaraaja, A. R. Rahman, K. V. Mahadevan, S. P. Balasubrahmanyam and K. S. Chithra. She is more familiar to the public as a stage performer rather than a playback singer, having performed nearly 3000 stage shows worldwide. In 2013, Kalpana was the lead performer in a tribute concert for her guru, Madurai T. Srinivasan. It has to be noted that the media tries / wants to conceal the identity of the accused, and even the names, though, some publish, some others do not . Here, also the caption says, “priest,” thus readers could imagine any religion, particularly, Hindu.
How a “born as a Brahmn Hindu” became “a Christian”[4]: Shekhinah Shawn though converted to Christianity, she continued to claim that she, “was born in a Brahmin Hindu family”! Her evangelist website, social media and and Christian gatherings has been publicizing about her as follows: “Shekhinah Shawn was born in a Brahmin Hindu family. An acclaimed vocalist and perhaps the best Opera singer in India, Ms Shawn achieved excellence in Western and Classical Music at an early age. She has received numerous accolades and awards and is the only Indian to receive a Fellow of Trinity School of London (FTCL) – the highest examination offered in Western Classical for vocal. She has performed at various Mega Music Concerts and has been playback singer in some Tamil movies. Gifted with a mellifluous voice cadence, Ms Shawn has successfully performed in languages like Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English and Spanish. She has been published in the National Daily ‘The Hindu’ a number of times”.
Encounter with Jesus Christ: The Shekhiashawn website continues, “After she met her Husband, Ms Shawn came to know about the Gospel and teachings of the Bible. God spoke to her as she was reading the Book, “Blessing or Curse” by Dr. Derek Prince. She has a vision to take Christian Music in India to the next level and produce quality Christian Music. Following this vision, Shekhinah Shawn Ministries is planning to start Shekhinah Shawn School of Music (SSSM) where Christian students can be trained in professional Music and taught the importance of Praise & Worship in the Body of Christ. Shekhinah Shawn is the Founder & President of Shekhinah Shawn Ministries and presently lives with her Husband Shawn who is a renowned Music Director in Chennai, India”. For preaching, it is not known, one should get any qualification from ths type of bible colleges Perhaps, they teach how to preach and convert.

Hyderabad singer complains against her Chennai opera Singer and her husband: A couple from Chennai, their 18-year old son and a church pastor have been booked by the police for sexual assault of a minor girl[1]. The police took action based on a complaint by the girl’s mother, who is reportedly a well-known playback singer from Hyderabad[2]. She had filed a police complaint in Chennai alleging that her 15-year-old daughter was sexually abused by three men, including her brother-in-law, her nephew and pastor Henry of the Alliance Church in Chennai[3]. Some other media inform that it is “Live Church.” The Tamil media started this news on 13-04-2021 slowly giving out details, as usual. Then, the whole affairs of the Church, pastor, pedophile, sexual harassment etc., have come out. As for as English media is concerned, it is PTI news[4] and therefore, faithfully reproduced without any details, as they evidently did not want to reveal about the sexual offenders also, as the Church has been involved. Later the UNI also carried the news in the same way, without giving any details[5]. However, like Indian Express, it mentioned that[6], “Pastor held for sexual assault on singer’s daughter,” pointing to Christian affair. Thus, the print and electronic media want to be more “secular,” than “communal”!
The English media went on “the singer alleging” story: In her complaint, which was filed a few days ago (on 12-04-2021) with the City Police Commissioner, the singer has alleged that the sexual abuse took place for a few years, as the girl had lived with her aunt and family for around 6 years and had returned to Hyderabad around 18 months ago[7]. The woman has said that her sister’s husband, his son and the pastor sexually abused her daughter and the crime was covered up and abetted by her sister[8]. Thus, readers cannot make out anything, except a pastor has been involved, his wife and son, thus, all have to Christians. Then, the sister who has complained against her sister is a Christian or not is not known. When FIR has been booked unde the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act, why they say she was “alleging”! Under this Act, any complaint is made, the police has to take immediate action.
FIR has been registered under the POCSO Act: According to the police complaint later filed at the All Women’s Police station in Chennai, the child lived with her aunt from when she was 6 years old till she was 13 years old. An FIR has been registered against the sister’s brother-in-law, the nephew, the pastor, as well as the singer’s sister, the police told TheNewsMinute. While the sister has been booked for abetting the crime, the others have been booked under the POCSO Act.

Section 10 of the POCSO Act (Punishment for aggravated sexual assault)
read with Section 9 (l) (whoever commits sexual assault on the child more than once or repeatedly),
Section 9(m) (whoever commits sexual assault on a child below twelve years) and
Section 9 (n) (sexual assault of minor by a relative) of the POCSO Act;
Section 17 (abetment) of the POCSO Act and Section 506(2) (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code.
Further information on the complaint, harassment to the teen and legal provisions invoked against the accused men and woman is awaited[9]. “We have received a complaint and an FIR is registered and we are questioning the accused persons, a probe is on,” a police officer told PTI, adding based on the outcome of questioning, they may be arrested[10].
The Mother complainant and the daughter not co-operating for Medical check-up: According to the police, a couple of years ago, the girl had told her mother that the pastor of the church and her uncle touches her inappropriately. “At that time the mother told the child that close relatives will not do such harassment. However, the child has been living with the mother for around 18 months and this time the mother took the child’s complaint seriously and approached the police,” an investigating officer said. Though the child was taken to a hospital for a medical check-up, the mother and the child did not agree to go ahead with the tests, the police officer said[11]. “We cannot compel the child to undergo the test and will counsel. For now, the case is that they touched her inappropriately, for adding any other sections, we will need the child to undergo a medical test,” the officer added[12]. The POCSO Act and Rules made thereunder provide the procedure to be followed.
From the Alliance Church to Alive Church or otherwise: The Alliance church, according to the police, wound up operations two years ago[13] (in 2019). “However, pastor Henry is visiting houses. He also has connections with another big organisation, we are making queries there too,” the officer said[14]. As pointed out above, the involved Church has been mentioned as “Alive TV,” and the persons have been –

as the names are revealed through Tamil media. There have been YouTube news and others give details that the singer used to sing Christian songs, for Chrisian albums, converted to Christianity and so on. The “Christian” involvement has been controversial over her singing career and programmes. In 2018 also, there was such controversy.
‘Yesuvin Sangama Sangeetham’ the controversy started in 2018: The Indian Express reported, “Despite threats from Hindu fundamentalist groups, ‘Yesuvin Sangama Sangeetham’, a concert envisioned by renowned Carnatic artist T Samuel Joseph (Shyaam) went on as planned in the city in August 2018[16]. Singer Kalpana Raghavendar filled in for OS Arun, who backed out following threats and criticism from fundamental groups, who alleged he was being used to spread Christianity[17]. According to Paul Wilson, Head of the Department of Chemistry in a private college near the city and his wife Jasmine Wilson, who has an MFA in Indian Music from the Tamil University in Thanjavur, these threats stem from the false notion that Carnatic music has no Christian heritage. “We were very disturbed after the controversy and decided to do some research,” said Paul, also a musician”. Many times, it has been pointed out that in Hindu religion, there is no question of “fundamentalism,” and hence existence of “the fundamentalists” to indulge in any such acts, ulike Mohammedanism and Christianity adcovte such fundamentals,which are to be followed strictlt by their respective belivers. Therefore, here, te media has been biased aginst the Hindus.

How the multi-talented Andreas Maria Jeremiah, who wanted to become a psychiatrist, has undergone couselling and treatment!
Andrea Maria Jeremiah, an Anglo-Indian wanted to become a psychiatrist: Jeremiah was born in an Anglo-Indian Roman Catholic Christian family in Arakkonam, Tamil Nadu, then moved to Chennai. Her father is a lawyer at the High Court in Chennai. She has one younger sister who lives and works at Leuven, Belgium as a research assistant. Jeremiah was raised near Chennai and went to National Public School and graduated from Women’s Christian College. She has said that she was quite a geek and wanted to be a psychiatrist until she completed her 12th board exams[1]. Really, interesting that a modern girl wanted to become so. Of course, in RC families, many males read psychology and related courses to become a pastor or RC priests go for such courses, as they get involved in confession, couselling, and such other psychotherathic indulgences.
Musical prodigy: Jeremiah learned classical piano when she was eight. At age 10, she was a part of a Jackson Five-style troupe called Young Stars which formed the base of her early singing and music composing career. She was also a theatre artist in her college and appeared in several stage plays organised by The Madras Players and EVAM. She was the President of the Student Senate at Women’s Christian College. She also organised a company, The Show Must Go On (TSMGO Productions), to promote live art and artistes. Jeremiah said that as a college student, she turned down every film offer she got as she had no intention of becoming a film actor. Yet, she has become an actress, of course, now with some affairs.

However, the actress has been missing in action since then. In a recent interaction, she revealed that she was diagnosed with acute depression and had to recover before getting back to work[4]. However, the actress is back in the news after revealing the reason behind her health condition[5]. Recently, the actress was in Bengaluru to release her collection of poems, Broken Wing. According to a report published in Indiaglitz, the actress revealed that she was in a relationship with a married man[6]. After reading her poems to a group of people in Bengaluru, many pointed out that her writing is melancholic and asked the reason behind her pain. Andrea said that her then partner had abused her physically and mentally[7]. She was diagnosed with acute depression. To recover from it, she enrolled herself in an Ayurveda detox program and took a break from work[8]. She also took to Instagram to share the cover of Broken Wing and said that it took a lot of courage to share something personal through her poems[9]. When asked by the reporter about the actor, who is responsible, she hinted that she has mentioned the whole affair in her book and she would tell about him soon. The degrading position of actresses in society: Generally, people may not be interested in knowing the personal affairs of the actresses, as they used to say so many things for publicity. Moreover, they have lost credibility in society, when actresses advocating, supporting and justifying prostitution and so on. If they try to impose these affairs on the public as role-model standard etc., then, definitely, they oppose. If this is taken up for a counseling or psychological case, then the professional shole take up and deal accordingly. But, as for as Indian society is concerned and the youngster, who imitate and emulate them, they have to be careful. The media [including cellphones aiding and abetting], as a whole, tries to enslave the society ad members. Just like “Corporate Social Responsibility,” these guys also should have some ethics, as they have been responsible for spoiling the society and the increase in crimes. “Mother” Theresa’ Missionaries of Charities involved in baby-selling., two Nuns have been arrested!
The Missionaries of Charities involved in “baby selling”: The home in eastern India’s Jharkhand state is run by Missionaries of Charity, the order set up by Mother Teresa to provide shelter for pregnant and unmarried women and their children[1]. For the services rendered by her much publicity was given and noble prize was also awarded. However, there had been allegations and accusations that she was helping pedophiles by allowing them to exploit the children in the orphanages. In fact, India has been exploited by the American and European pedophiles using “Sex tourism ” being carried on by the Missionaries, as has been exposed already by many cases that have gone up to Supreme court of India. In the present case, Indian police officer Aman Kumar said at least six babies have been sold to childless couples[2]. He said: “We are investigating to see how the operation was run and how many more children have been given away in the last few years.” The Missionaries of Charity did not respond to calls for comment. Arti Kujur, head of the Jharkhand State Child Protection Society, said the home was charging between £450 = Rs. 30,000/- and more than £1,000 = Rs. 70,000/- for each baby, depending on what the childless couple could afford[3]. The money was reportedly paid as hospital fees.
The Nun involved has been a habitual offender caught only now: A member of the committee, Pratima Tiwari, told The Times of India that they realised a baby boy was missing during a routine inspection[4]. The Child Welfare Committee chairperson alleged that she filed a complaint after the couple – to whom the accused had given the child to – asked her to intervene, PTI reported. “The Uttar Pradesh-based family claimed that Anima Indwar, who handed over the child to them on May 14, 2018 called them up on July 1, 2018 and asked them to visit the shelter home for completing certain formalities,” Verma said. “When the child was brought to the shelter home, Indwar took the boy away.” She alleged that the accused had committed more crimes of this nature[5]. As more babies were reportedly sold, it is evident that the nun in question has been habitual offender, but, caught only now, because of the complaint and exposure. The child is currently in a government shelter for children.
Four babies were sold recently: According to the police, the two nuns allegedly sold four babies in Jharkhand as well as Uttar Pradesh[6]. This suggests that it was an inter-state child trafficking racket that the nuns were part of. The Church, school, convent, nunnery and the priests all keeping together nearby has been the root cause of all sorts of sexual related offences, crimes and violations, as being reported in the media and facts. As such crimes have been repeatedly appearing in media for the last 40 years and they have been increasing day by day, the matter should have been taken seriously. Unfortunately, in India, because of secularism, whenever, any crime is involved with the Christians and Muslims, they are treated differently. Even if they are suppressed and forgotten, the law enforcing authorities do not bother and the media, just covers up and keepm quite, as if nothing happens! Ranchi Deputy Superintendent of Police Shyamanand Mandal was quoted by news agency ANI as saying, “These nuns sold four babies – three in Jharkhand and one in Uttar Pradesh. Further investigation is underway.” An FIR has been registered under section 370 of the Indian Penal Code[7]. The FIR was reportedly registered by the Child Welfare Committee of Ranchi after an inspection.
After adoption, they adopted and adapted the “baby selling” as easy method: Kujur said: “We had been receiving many complaints regarding the functioning of this home and were keeping a close watch on them for nearly six months.” The Missionaries of Charity stopped organising adoptions in India in 2015 saying they disagreed with government rules that made it easier for single, divorced, and separated people to adopt children[8]. Kujur said his organisation had directed that the credentials of every home run in the state should be checked. “We hear that babies are being sold in other homes as well and are determined to put a stop to it.” After the exploitation of adoption methods and export of children to foreign countries, perhaps, the Missionaries of Charity have found put a new method to sell babies. Here, the babies of unwed mothers are taken and sold. “Unwed mothers” raise many questions, as the “Nirmal Hridhay” itself has such categories. In other words, such women cannot beget children, unless, they are impregnated and it is possible only by men. Then, who are such men allowed to mate with such women, how and why they are allowed and such other questions arise. It is a serious issue, as prostitution is also allowed in such transactions.

Ranchi SSP Anish Gupta said, “Two arrests have been made. A worker at the home was arrested on 05-07-2018, Wednesday. We have also got the details of three children who were sold by them to different couples. We are in the process of verifying their addresses.” Nirmal Hriday, at Ranchi’s Jail Road, offers shelter for unwed minor mothers and differently-abled people. The home had 11 pregnant girls and around 75 differently-abled persons living there. Sister Koncilia was the head of the unwed mothers section[10].
11 pregnant women found shifted: CWC member Tanushree Sarkar said, “We have moved the 11 girls to Karuna Shelter home and sealed that section of Nirmal Hriday. The other section does not come under our jurisdiction, but we will try to get it sealed.” The committee will be shifting around 70 children who have been given shelter in Nirmal Shishu Bhavan, another branch of the organisation situated at Hinoo, to other homes on Friday. Sarkar said, “After the incident in one branch, we cannot trust the other branches of Missionaries of Charity and we will not be sending children to them for shelter from now on.” Sarkar said of the 11 pregnant girls at the home, at least three were never produced at CWC. “As per the law, any minor child in need of care and protection should first be produced before the committee,” she said. However, why the Missionaries of Charities have not been following rules and regulations and the CWC could only now point out. Had all been faithful enough to law of the land, they must have followed. Not that only, when, something has come out, all issues should be discussed, lacunae detailed and crimes committed demonstrated.
What Christians and minorities should ponder over and do?:
The issues – Selling of Babies, that too, born to unwed mothers are treated differently in many countries, including India.
The child trafficking, women trafficking and related crimes have been so serious and it is ridiculous to note that they are covered up by the Christians and other minorities under the guise of minority status or secularism or otherwise.
Suppression of such crimes could only spoil their society and as well ass Indian society.
The babies taking birth outside wedlock, before marriage etc., only expose the vulnerability of women, nuns etc., treated in the Christian and catholic churches.
The recent catholic priests raping faithful ladies expose such inhuman practices.
Maximum, the church authorities have bee trying to cover-up, huss-up and suppress within the church sexploiting power and money.
The “rogue-court” type proceedings would xdestroy the faith and belief system.
The christians should clean their sins and they cannot create more sin chambers by sinning even the confession boxes.
When surrogate mothers are encouraged, this type of crimes, perhaps, appear less criminal to such mind-set and psyche.
All sexual relted crimes should be treated, handled and offendes should be punished without any discrimination under thelaw of this land.

Another Andhra pastor involved in illicit affair with married woman and murder!
Accused flees the scene after committing the crime: The Christian sexploitation cases have been on the increase as being pointed out. However, the church does not seem to bother about this. Now, again news has come about another Andhra pastor involved in illicit affair with married woman and murder! A pastor Warla Subbarayudu of Boyanapalle Dalitawada allegedly strangled to death a 30-year-old 36 [mentioned by “The Hans India”[1]] woman Kommi Indiramma, at Boyanapalle in Rajampet of Kadapa district[2]. Indiramma, who was married to Chengaiah and childless, lives in the house of her sister and brother-in-law, who had gone to work in Kuwait, and took care of their children. The couple used to send money to Indiramma through the pastor’s bank account[3]. In the process, an illicit relationship developed between them. The pastor came to her house and picked up an argument on 26-05-2018, Saturday evening alleging that she was speaking to somebody else and strangled her, by pushing away her sister’s children [Tarun and Kusuma, who tried to stop him from attacking Indira] who raised shrieks and bolting the door from inside[4]. When Chengaiah and local people came and broke open the door, they found Indiramma lying dead and Subbarayudu fled from the place, police said.
Why the hard-earned money should be deposited in the pastor’s account?: The intriguing factor has been that “The couple used to send money to Indiramma through the pastor’s bank account[5].” It is also not clear as who is the couple – whether Indiramma and Chengaiah or sister and brother-in-law. In any case, the deposit of money in pastor’s account raises many questions, because, they have to be at his mercy to get back / withdraw the money. Thus, the pastor got a chance to exploit the couple according to his whims and fancies. Even, here, also, at one stage, understanding the plot of the pastor, they could have avoided him or opened a separate account to deposit the amount. Otherwise, as bot the males are not there in the house and the women have been illiterate, the pastor took advantage and exploited them.
House inspected: After complaint to the police, they visited the crime spot to conduct their study. Rajampet DSP B. Lakshminarayana, circle inspector Narasimhulu and sub-inspector Mahesh and clues team personnel inspected the house. The body was sent to Rajampet Government hospital for post-mortem examination. The other formalities would be carried, as usual. After post-mortem, the body would be returned and the Church might help to bury, as a pastor is involved in the murder, so that the truth would be also buried with the body.
Case registered: A case was registered in Mannur police station. However, all cases involving the church are not reported as observed in other cases. In fact, even, this news has been published as local news and the national press has decided to do so, as obviously, a Christian pastor has been involved in the murder. Fromm YSR rule onwards, the AP church has been given soft corner and the govt. officials, particularly, Christians have been helping in suppression of crimes committed by the Christians by any means. They have been brainwashed in devoted and secular ways to save them in India.
The sexual crimes of Christian clergy in India: In India, the sexploitation of Christian priests have been increasing, alarming and nauseating, but, the media has been callously silent and indifferent. All sorts of sex violations, in fact leading murders and other serious crimes, have been reported, but, only few booked, adjudicated and jailed, whereas, most of others have been roaming with their frocks of different colours. About Ram Rahim, the media blared, though, he has been a secular sexploiter. Had he been Hindu, the situation be different. After him, now comes Didde Ebenezer from Andhra. He has been virtually raping women for the last two years. Though Telugu media and local people have exposed, he has been roaming unscathed. The influence, he has with church or politics is inexplicable and not known.
Since 2015, Didde Ebenezer has been raping women: The victims informed the chairperson that the alleged misbehaviour of the pastor with young women was exposed in 2015 and a police case was booked. He has been exploiting women assuring them to make them to talk with God directly. However, for such divine exigency, certain rituals had to be followed, he insisted and explained to convince them. The poor women fell to his assurance and desire to talk with God agreed to be with him. Initially, he used to request favours like messaging his legs, hands, head and so on. Then, he used remove his shirt and asked them to message his back and front. In this way, indirectly, he induced them to develop instinct to have sex with him. Thus, he has been exploiting women regularly. In the house, where he was reportedly carried on such activities, used “Nirodh” packets were also found. Even after complaining to police, the women refused to return with parents. For this, one doctor explained that the women were mesmerized through some acts, so that they wanted to be with him only[6][3]. Moreover, they might have been drugged also, though he could not tell with confirmation, as such condition could be determined, only after testing. However, Ebenezer has been exploiting the women psychologically and physically.
When a pastor eloped with a girl: Irate residents of Dadithota village under Tadimari mandal attacked and damaged a local church on Tuesday night after its 51-year-old pastor allegedly eloped with a 15-year-old Dalit girl the same afternoon[7]. Bakkalapalli inspector V Anjayanelu said Rajeshwar Rao, who hails from Pulivendula in Kadapa district, was working as pastor of the Jerusalem Church in Dadithota village.On Tuesday, after the Dalit girl Saraswati completed her intermediate examinations, the two of them reportedly eloped. When villagers came to know about it at night, they attacked the church and damaged it completely[8].
Why Andhra infested with Christian sexploitation?: Meanwhile, a group of supporters of the pastor raised slogans in his favour claiming that he is a good person. They refuted the charges against him as fabricated. Using the church as his shield Andhra Pradesh pastor Didde Ebenezer committed a lot of crimes. Chief among them being sexually exploiting young girls and women of his parish, another newspaper pointed out[9]. It added that[10] “Earlier in September, there was another case of pastor abuse. The Renigunta rural police arrested Pastor Panneer Selvam, 54, for abusing a minor near his house and allegedly forced himself on her.” That is why Andhra has been infested with the Christian sexploitation for many years has to be probed. Coming to Ebenezer, He does much publicity for himself and claims that[11] “he cares for HIV/AIDS through the social media Team members: Pastor.D.Ebenezer Didde, somebody”! So none knows that “nobody”. Evidently, he must have been wealthy enough to cover up everything and everybody to escape from the complaints and court proceedings.
