Paul Chandramohan, habitual sexual offender – why he has been suspended for third time instead of booking und POSCO Act and not taken any legal action?

Sexual harassment complaint given in March 2021 and no action taken: When the print and electronic media have been running daily commentaries on the PSBB, Siva Sankar Baba etc., they have been silent on the sexual harassment cases of Habeeb Mohammed and Paul Chandramohan. Now, based on Tamil media reports, the English media has started reporting without any new or further details. The OPIndia repeats, “Female students of Bishop Heber College in Tiruchirappalli have filed a complaint of sexual misconduct against Paul Chandramohan, the head of the Tamil department, reports Swarajya. According to the reports, five postgraduate students of Bishop Heber College, Trichy, submitted a five-page complaint with the college’s principal, accusing Head of Department Paul Chandramohan of sexually harassing them in the past[1]. Paul Chandramohan, who holds a PhD in Tamil Christian Literature has served in the college for over 20 years”[2]. The OpIndia relies upon Swarajya and Swarajya on “Puthiya Thalaimurai.”[3] The Swarajya boasts of upholding values and so on, but, coming to this type of reporting, they just copy from others and post as their news[4]. In other words, they themselves have exhibited their own bias of not going into the details or bringing anything new in this case.

Five girl students gave written complaint against Paul Chandramohan: The Bishop Heber College, Trichy is established and managed by the Tiruchirappalli – Thanjavur Diocese of the Church of South India.  In a written letter to the college principal, five post-graduate students said Paul Chandramohan sexually harassed them regularly by sitting in close proximity and cracking sexual jokes. “During class hours, he sits extremely close to the girls and uses vulgar language and double meaning sexual innuendos, making the students despise him. He loosens the shirt and pants towards the end, making the students uncomfortable,” the letter reads. The victim students also alleged that Paul Chandramohan engaged in various forms of sexual harassment, such as rubbing his legs against them[5]. He even went on to say that he would ‘teach’ them about the kind of experience that lovers would have in an intimate setting in parks and such, the letter said[6].

Nalini aided and abetted Paul Chandramohan: The students also alleged that Paul Chandramohan would force them to visit his private chamber inside the college premise. Assistant Professor Nalini often forced victims to wash face, wear make-up before meeting Paul Chandramohan. According to the aggrieved students, Nalini, an assistant professor in the Tamil department, often forced them to wash their faces and apply makeup before visiting the head of the department in his chamber. In the letter, the students said that the sexual misconduct has forced them to discontinue from the institution.

The Hindu’s cryptic report: The Hindu gives small report, that too, appeared in the Trichy edition. The report goes like this, “The Internal Complaints Committee had confirmed the veracity of the complaint that a group of girl students had lodged with the Principal in March, 2021 and had submitted its report during April, 2021[7]. As per Section 13 (4) of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act and Rules, 2013, the employer has to act upon the recommendations within 60 days from the time of submission of the recommendations, and the college had acted accordingly, senior advocate and external member of the Committee, Jayanthi Ranee, said[8]. The college had convened an urgent meeting of its Governing Board on Wednesday 30-06-2021, to issue the suspension order, sources said. In compliance with the recommendations of its Internal Complaints Committee, Bishop Heber College on Wednesday suspended its Head of the Department of Tamil C. J. Paul Chandra Mohan, against whom students had complained of sexual harassment”.

Paul  Chandramohan suspended, dismissed or arrested?: The Indian Herald repeats all adding one line[9], “The police have also started an investigation into the allegations”.  Of course, it carried news in its own way differing from the above[10]. So far, the local Tamil media has not reported about his arrest. The Hindu news has been repeated by others including Yahoo.News.  Evidently, these English media have not gone into the details, but restrict their reporting, perhaps, to prove their “secular” leanings acting, in fact, communally siding with such “minorities.”  As officially, no police complaint has been given, no action has been taken by them. Coming to his  “career” status, the media confuses it been “suspension” and “dismissal”! Though, he has been habitual offender involving in such sexual harassment and excesses, he has already been suspended twice earlier and this is third time.

The welfare and protection of children in homes and special schools: Most of the faculty of the college has attended many seminars and conferences on the “sexual harassment of women” etc. E. Adaikalasamy has submitted thesis on, “A study on the socialexclusion of women with disabilities in Tiruchirappali District, Tamilnadu, India” with the Bharadhidasan University, Trichy[11]. A special meeting called by the council of Church of South India, Trichy-Tanjore Diocese, witnessed discussion on welfare schemes, community development and spirituality of the congregation, from October 6 to 8, 2019. Rt. Rev. D.Chandrasekaran, Bishop and Chairman of Bishop Heber College, who chaired the meeting, interacted with 250 participants comprising Priests and Laities representing the geographical stretch from the Anamalai Hills to Nagapattinam (central Tamil Nadu). Schemes were evaluated on the welfare and protection of children in homes and special schools[12]. The meeting resolved to ensure safety of children studying in schools and colleges and extend fee concession to the poor. Very poor students would be given full sponsorship by well-wishers of the diocese. Projects for providing residential facilities to senior citizens were appraised and policies for their admission into homes were amended. A new home for the aged was proposed at Dharapuram. It was decided that the facility would be established within a short span of time.

Atrocities against women and children, and sexual harassment at the work place were discussed to give stringent punishment[13]: Alcoholism, atrocities against women and children, and sexual harassment at the work place were discussed to give stringent punishment. Discussion on hospital care and educational institutions was carried out and plan of action was evolved. The existence of Trichy Diocese for the past 100 years had resulted into producing thousands of good citizens, participants said emphasising establishment of as many homes as possible to elevate poor children including orphans, physically challenged and special children. Speakers said that the Trichy CSI Mission Hospital has been renovated with advanced ICU facility and cardiology department. Officials of the council mooted more measures for uplift of the poor.

From 1997 to 2021, Paul Chandramohan was suspended for three / four times:

1. In 1997, he was suspended as he sexually harassed the girls of the hostel situated within the campus of the Bishop Heber college. As his wife with two children came to the Bishop and pleaded that they were suffering, because, of her husband’s suspension (citing economic reasons) and the then, principal Samiraj condoned him and restored his job.
2. Ironically, he did not stop his sexual pranks, sensual jinks and sensuous frivolities, by resorting to write poetry describing his college Nalini running into many pages. This became a big issue and he was suspended for six months. That is, he joined duty happily, after “six months”!
3. In 2015, when he was about to be promoted, a video surfaced, in which he was found with a woman in a room in a very close, intimate and compromising conditions. Thus, he was denied promotion, when the affair reached the management. Here, it was not clearly known, whether he was suspended or not.
4. Thus, 2021, again, he has been suspended.

Thus, within five years, as he has been suspended three / four times for sexual harassment activities, it is evident that he has been a habitual offender and the CSI Church and college management have taken lenient view for his violation of Acts and Rules.

March to May 2021 very slow action taken: The management of the college has been delaying and taking no or slow action since March 2021. When the details have been leaked and the “Kumudam Reporter” published the whole affair with details, and moreover, its reporter contacted the Bishop, it is evident that the acts has been taken as no other option is available to suppress or delay.

March 2021 – Five girl students gave written complaint against the sexually harassing Paul Chandramohan.

May 2021 – The Enquiry Committee gave a finding report.

29-06-2021 – The CSI Bishop Chandrasekhar met the Chief Minister.

30-06-2021 – Paul Chandramohan has been suspended.

Yet, it is evident that the print and electronic media has been selective and not reporting like the PSBB or Siva Sankar Baba issue. As the case of Habeeb Mohammed has been forgotten with two days, this would be forgotten within three days. However, the Siva Sankar Baba report continues daily in the local Tamil papers!

Paul Wilson, Head of the Department of Chemistry and his wife Jasmine Wilson, batting for Christian Carnatic Music: One of the most obvious yet unspoken contributions of Christianity to Carnatic music is the violin. This stringed instrument, which is an integral part of any Carnatic concert today entered the fray through Christian proponents.  Vedanayagam Sastriar, a Christian, who is known to have composed hundreds of Carnatic keerthanas, learnt to play the instrument as a 12-year-old from German missionary Friedrich Schwarz in 1786. He went to pass on the art to Vadivelu Pillai, who became the ‘Asthana Vidwan’ in the court of renowned Carnatic composer Raja Svati Tirunal of Travancore. Baluswamy Dikshitar, brother of Muthuswamy Dikshitar, one of the Carnatic trinity, is known to have been the first person to infuse the violin into Carnatic compositions using the ‘Sa Pa Sa Pa’ string tuning which is still followed today. But like Vedanayagam Sastriar, Baluswamy Dikshitar also learnt the violin from European Christians. “He is said to have learnt to play the violin from a band in Fort St. George,” said Paul, explaining the role that Baluswamy’s patron, Manali Muthukrishna Mudaliar, played in arranging the interaction with the East India Company. It is a funny argument that just because the violin is used by the Carnatic players that Christinity contributed o the Carnatic music. nowadays, “keyboards’ are also used replacing many instruments and real instrumentalists, who used to play physically exhibiting their talents. However, it is not known that anybody could claim that the “keyboard” also contributed to Carnatic music and so on.

The Ragavendra family of singers[1]: Kalpana Raghavendar (born 8 May 1980) is an Indian playback singer, winner of Idea Star Singer Malayalam and participant in Bigg Boss Telugu Season 1, songwriter and actor. She started her career as a playback singer at the age of five, and as of 2013 had recorded 1,500 tracks and performed in 3,000 shows in India and abroad. Her father, T. S. Raghavendra (19 September 1945 – 30 January 2020) was an Indian actor, playback singer and occasional music director who concentrated on Tamil-language films. As an actor, he was known as the father character of actress Revathi in Vaidehi Kathirunthal. He also gave music for a few films like Uyir (old Tamil film), Padikkatha Paadam and Yaaga Saalai. His wife Sulochana is also a singer. His daughter Shekinah Shawn (born Prasanna Raghavendar) who is popular as an Opera singer and daughter Kalpana is also playback singer. These details are repeated in Wikipedia and other internet sources. As they have been probably Telugu speaking or Telugu knowing, all were singing in Telugu also. Particularly, these two daughters have been performing in Telugu mostly. While Shekhinah has been conducting Christian  crusade programmes, Kalpana does all sorts, including TV shows and all. Of course, she has sung on and for Christians also and there has been rumours and gossips[2] about her “conversion to Christianity.”

Name changed as Thirumathi Prasanna was converted to Christianity with the name of Shekhiah Shwan Jazeel on 24-07-2005: The Tamilnadu Gazettee recorded that[3], “Thirumathi Prasanna, R., (Hindu), wife of Thiru Shawn Jazeel, born on 22nd January 1982 (native district: Chennai), residing at Old No. 21, New No. 39, Ponnambalam Salai, West K.K. Nagar, Chennai-600 078, has converted to Christianity with the name of SHEKHINAH SHAWN JAZEEL on 24th July 2005. PRASANNA, R. Chennai, 24th October 2008”. It is a government document and available in public domain. Therefore, it is evident that born from an orthodox Hindu family, that too, Brahmin got converted to Christianity. Even today, she claims, “Shekhinah Shawn was born in a Brahmin Hindu family,” to declare that she could possess such Carnatic musical background only because, she learned that tradition from the acclaimed gurus.

Kalpana Ragavendra’s achievements: In 2010 she was the winner of the south Indian singing show Star Singer season 5, conducted by the Malayalam TV channel Asianet. she was a judge of Super Singer Junior 6. Kalpana was born in a musical family. Her father, T. S. Raghavendra, was a reputed playback singer, actor and composer, while her mother, Sulochana, is also a singer. She has a younger sister, Shekinah Shawn (born Prasanna Raghavendar) who is popular as an Opera singer. Kalpana took her Carnatic music lessons under Madurai T. Srinivasan. Apart from her proficiency in singing, she holds a Master of Computer Applications degree and is pursuing Master of Philosophy. Kalpana began her musical career at the age of 5. Her first vocals were for a family song alongside P. Susheela, Mano, M. M. Srilekha and her younger sister Prasanna, composed by the music director Saluri Vasurao.

 Kalpana Ragavendra – Associated with the Carnatic musicians: As an adult, she started her career as a full-fledged playback singer in 1999 by rendering her voice for the song Mangalagouriki from the Telugu film Manoharam under music director Mani Sharma. She has also worked with many legendary composers and singers like M. S. Viswanathan, Ilaiyaraaja, A. R. Rahman, K. V. Mahadevan, S. P. Balasubrahmanyam and K. S. Chithra. She is more familiar to the public as a stage performer rather than a playback singer, having performed nearly 3000 stage shows worldwide. In 2013, Kalpana was the lead performer in a tribute concert for her guru, Madurai T. Srinivasan. It has to be noted that the media tries / wants to conceal the identity of the accused, and even the names, though, some publish, some others do not . Here, also the caption says, “priest,” thus readers could imagine any religion, particularly, Hindu.

How a “born as a Brahmn Hindu” became “a Christian”[4]: Shekhinah Shawn though converted to Christianity, she continued to claim that she, “was born in a Brahmin Hindu family”! Her evangelist website, social media and and Christian gatherings has been publicizing about her as follows: “Shekhinah Shawn was born in a Brahmin Hindu family. An acclaimed vocalist and perhaps the best Opera singer in India, Ms Shawn achieved excellence in Western and Classical Music at an early age. She has received numerous accolades and awards and is the only Indian to receive a Fellow of Trinity School of London (FTCL) – the highest examination offered in Western Classical for vocal. She has performed at various Mega Music Concerts and has been playback singer in some Tamil movies. Gifted with a mellifluous voice cadence, Ms Shawn has successfully performed in languages like Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English and Spanish. She has been published in the National Daily ‘The Hindu’ a number of times”.

Encounter with Jesus Christ: The Shekhiashawn website continues, “After she met her Husband, Ms Shawn came to know about the Gospel and teachings of the Bible. God spoke to her as she was reading the Book, “Blessing or Curse” by Dr. Derek Prince. Initially, she didn’t accept the idea of the exclusivity of Jesus Christ but as she read the Bible the Holy Spirit convicted her heart and she received Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. How Brahmin Prasanna Hindu became Shekhinah Shawan evangelist founding Shekhinah Shawn Ministries[5]: The Shekhiashawn website continues, “After graduating from Charis Bible College[6], Chennai (Andrew Wommack Ministries[7]), she received her call to share the message of God’s abundant grace and His power to heal the sick. She has a vision to take Christian Music in India to the next level and produce quality Christian Music. Following this vision, Shekhinah Shawn Ministries is planning to start Shekhinah Shawn School of Music (SSSM) where Christian students can be trained in professional Music and taught the importance of Praise & Worship in the Body of Christ. Shekhinah Shawn is the Founder & President of Shekhinah Shawn Ministries and presently lives with her Husband Shawn who is a renowned Music Director in Chennai, India”. For preaching, it is not known, one should get any qualification from ths type of bible colleges Perhaps, they teach how to preach and convert.

Hyderabad singer complains against her Chennai opera Singer and her husband: A couple from Chennai, their 18-year old son and a church pastor have been booked by the police for sexual assault of a minor girl[1]. The police took action based on a complaint by the girl’s mother, who is reportedly a well-known playback singer from Hyderabad[2]. She had filed a police complaint in Chennai alleging that her 15-year-old daughter was sexually abused by three men, including her brother-in-law, her nephew and pastor Henry of the Alliance Church in Chennai[3]. Some other media inform that it is “Live Church.” The Tamil media started this news on 13-04-2021 slowly giving out details, as usual. Then, the whole affairs of the Church, pastor, pedophile, sexual harassment etc., have come out. As for as English media is concerned, it is PTI news[4] and therefore, faithfully reproduced without any details, as they evidently did not want to reveal about the sexual offenders also, as the Church has been involved. Later the UNI also carried the news in the same way, without giving any details[5]. However, like Indian Express, it mentioned that[6], “Pastor held for sexual assault on singer’s daughter,” pointing to Christian affair. Thus, the print and electronic media want to be more “secular,” than “communal”!

The English media went on “the singer alleging” story: In her complaint, which was filed a few days ago (on 12-04-2021) with the City Police Commissioner, the singer has alleged that the sexual abuse took place for a few years, as the girl had lived with her aunt and family for around 6 years and had returned to Hyderabad around 18 months ago[7]. The woman has said that her sister’s husband, his son and the pastor sexually abused her daughter and the crime was covered up and abetted by her sister[8]. Thus, readers cannot make out anything, except a pastor has been involved, his wife and son, thus, all have to Christians. Then, the sister who has complained against her sister is a Christian or not is not known. When FIR has been booked unde the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences)  Act, why they say she was “alleging”! Under this Act, any complaint is made, the police has to take immediate action.

FIR has been registered under the POCSO Act: According to the police complaint later filed at the All Women’s Police station in Chennai, the child lived with her aunt from when she was 6 years old till she was 13 years old. An FIR has been registered against the sister’s brother-in-law, the nephew, the pastor, as well as the singer’s sister, the police told TheNewsMinute. While the sister has been booked for abetting the crime, the others have been booked under the POCSO Act.

The FIR has been registered under –

• Section 10 of the POCSO Act (Punishment for aggravated sexual assault)
• read with Section 9 (l) (whoever commits sexual assault on the child more than once or repeatedly),
• Section 9(m) (whoever commits sexual assault on a child below twelve years) and
• Section 9 (n) (sexual assault of minor by a relative) of the POCSO Act;
• Section 17 (abetment) of the POCSO Act and Section 506(2) (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code.

Further information on the complaint, harassment to the teen and legal provisions invoked against the accused men and woman is awaited[9]. “We have received a complaint and an FIR is registered and we are questioning the accused persons, a probe is on,” a police officer told PTI, adding based on the outcome of questioning, they may be arrested[10].

The Mother complainant and the daughter not co-operating for Medical check-up: According to the police, a couple of years ago, the girl had told her mother that the pastor of the church and her uncle touches her inappropriately. “At that time the mother told the child that close relatives will not do such harassment. However, the child has been living with the mother for around 18 months and this time the mother took the child’s complaint seriously and approached the police,” an investigating officer said.  Though the child was taken to a hospital for a medical check-up, the mother and the child did not agree to go ahead with the tests, the police officer said[11]. “We cannot compel the child to undergo the test and will counsel. For now, the case is that they touched her inappropriately, for adding any other sections, we will need the child to undergo a medical test,” the officer added[12].  The POCSO Act and Rules made thereunder provide the procedure to be followed.

From the Alliance Church to Alive Church or otherwise: The Alliance church, according to the police, wound up operations two years ago[13] (in 2019). “However, pastor Henry is visiting houses. He also has connections with another big organisation, we are making queries there too,” the officer said[14]. As pointed out above, the involved Church has been mentioned as “Alive TV,” and the persons have been –

1. the Pastor Henry Paul,
2. her sister Shakhinah Shawn[15] (Prasanna Raghavendar),
3. her husband Shawn Jazeel and
4.  her relative Claro,

as the names are revealed through Tamil media. There have been YouTube news and others give details that the singer used to sing Christian songs, for Chrisian albums, converted to Christianity and so on. The “Christian” involvement has been controversial over her singing career and programmes. In 2018 also, there was such controversy.

‘Yesuvin Sangama Sangeetham’ the controversy started in 2018: The Indian Express reported, “Despite threats from Hindu fundamentalist groups, ‘Yesuvin Sangama Sangeetham’, a concert envisioned by renowned Carnatic artist T Samuel Joseph (Shyaam) went on as planned in the city in August 2018[16]. Singer Kalpana Raghavendar filled in for OS Arun, who backed out following threats and criticism from fundamental groups, who alleged he was being used to spread Christianity[17]. According to Paul Wilson, Head of the Department of Chemistry in a private college near the city and his wife Jasmine Wilson, who has an MFA in Indian Music from the Tamil University in Thanjavur, these threats stem from the false notion that Carnatic music has no Christian heritage. “We were very disturbed after the controversy and decided to do some research,” said Paul, also a musician”. Many times, it has been pointed out that in Hindu religion, there is no question of “fundamentalism,” and hence existence of “the fundamentalists” to indulge in any such acts, ulike Mohammedanism and Christianity adcovte such fundamentals,which are to be followed strictlt by their respective belivers. Therefore, here, te media has been biased aginst the Hindus.

In high-tech industries how sexploitation breeds: Indian, for that matter, any film industry has been a place of exploitation and sexploitation place only. In earlier times, the actresses and other women associated with films might not have expressed their sufferings openly. Or such sexual harassment narratives might have been confined to the film field and gossiping. With the rise of media and social media etc., people get awareness and stated expressing their views opinion and perspective anonymously or openly using social media. Government of India has passed strict legislation to prosecute the sexploiters at working places. In government offices, definitely, women have started coming out, as full support is extended to them. However, in sophisticated industries, including IT sector, most of the sexploitations, harassments and even crimes are suppressed, oppressed and buried with high-tech compromises. Of course, cine-field has been more sophisticated by other means, yet, some of them have come out to pinpoint the sexual animals hiding behind virtuous masks.

“Me Too” exposing sexual animals prowling in cinema industry: While the MeToo movement goes on in India, three anonymous women have accused Vairamuthu, a popular lyricist in Tamil Cinema, of sexual harassment, while another woman accused veteran actor Radha Ravi[1]. Vairamuthu, with political clout reigns supreme and controls all his critics. Though, recently, caught in “Andal controversy” he could manipulate and escape from legal action initiated. Now, started accusations against him by cine-field women. Two female singers spoke of their instances where they were invited to Vairamuthu’s house-cum-office. Both were 18 years old when they were harassed by him[2]. While one of the women said that he hugged and kissed her, the other shared that he closed the room and touched her[3]. Journalist Sandhya Menon tweeted the victims accounts on their behalf[4].

After NanaPatekar and all, now Vairamuthu: After allegations of sexual harassment by Bollywood actress Tanushree Dutta on Nana Patekar kicked off the #MeToo movement in India, the campaign has hit Tamil cinema, too, with lyricist Vairamuthu being accused of alleged sexual abuse by a woman, who requested anonymity[5]. This has prompted several others to come forward with their stories on the award-winning lyricist. Singer Chinmayi Sripada, who has been sharing various other #MeToo stories on her social networking page, has reacted and shared the stories on Vairamuthu, too[6]. An anonymous woman has accused the lyricist of sexual harassment at workplace when she was just 18 years of age. Chinmayi’s Sripada’s open tweets pointing Vairamuthu: After the first allegation surfaced against Vairamuthu, many others started sharing their story as well. A female singer has alleged that she was asked to join Vairamuthu and a producer at a hotel to spend the night with them, in turn, promising her an opportunity to sing in the producer’s movie.  She accused Tamil poet lyricist Vairamuthu of harassing her when they were both in Switzerland for an album launch or a book launch (she’s not sure) in 2005 or 2006. What she recorded, “Sharing her story on social media, the National Award-winning singer said[7]: “Year 2005/2006 maybe… Veezhamattom, an album for Sri Lankan Tamizhs that I had sung in, as had Manikka Vinayagam sir… We went to Switzerland… We sang… We performed… Everyone left. Only my mother and I were asked to stay back. The organizer (I don’t remember his name) asked me to visit Vairamuthu sir in a hotel in Lucerne. I asked why. He told me to cooperate. I refused. We demanded to be sent back to India. He said ‘You won’t have a career!’ My mother and I both put our foot down… demanded an earlier flight to India and came back.””

Siddharth supports for the cause: Actor Siddharth, who has been proactively tweeting about the #MeToo movement catching up in the Indian film industry, alsobacked Chinmayi Sripaada and tweeted[8]: “Multiple women are speaking out against #Vairamuthu. Without judging anyone, they must be heard. When somebody of Chinmayi’s stature who has so much to lose, stands by the accusers, that’s huge!”

 

Samantha and Varalaxmi too support: Samantha, who has increasingly been speaking out against gender discrimination, took to Twitter and wrote[9], “I am so happy that more and more women are finding the strength to say #MeToo. Your bravery is commendable. I am sorry though that some people, even other women themselves will shame and burden you with the question of proof and doubt. Just know that you are saving many little girls with your voice. I support the #MeTooIndia movement.” She further appreciated singer Chinmayi for her courage to call out Vairamuthu. Actor Varalaxmi Sarathkumar also tweeted in support of the #MeToo movement[10], saying that it was “alarming” to hear these stories. She said that she’d stood up for #MeToo last year and that she wanted more women to come forward and speak up.

Vairamuthu, intellectuality, virtuosity: Vairamuthu, with the political support  reigning supreme in film industry, though, he has less talent than Kannadasan. He has been parading as “Great Poet” and got state and national awards with political recommendations.  The “Andal controversy” exposed his intellectuality of perversity and duplicity. Now comes the sexual harassment accusation. It pierces his virtuosity veil.

Accused flees the scene after committing the crime: The Christian sexploitation cases have been on the increase as being pointed out. However, the church does not seem to bother about this. Now, again news has come about another Andhra pastor involved in illicit affair with married woman and murder! A pastor Warla Subbarayudu of Boyanapalle Dalitawada allegedly strangled to death a 30-year-old 36 [mentioned by “The Hans India”[1]] woman Kommi Indiramma, at Boyanapalle in Rajampet of Kadapa district[2]. Indiramma, who was married to Chengaiah and childless, lives in the house of her sister and brother-in-law, who had gone to work in Kuwait, and took care of their children. The couple used to send money to Indiramma through the pastor’s bank account[3]. In the process, an illicit relationship developed between them. The pastor came to her house and picked up an argument on 26-05-2018, Saturday evening alleging that she was speaking to somebody else and strangled her, by pushing away her sister’s children [Tarun and Kusuma, who tried to stop him from attacking Indira] who raised shrieks and bolting the door from inside[4]. When Chengaiah and local people came and broke open the door, they found Indiramma lying dead and Subbarayudu fled from the place, police said.

Why the hard-earned money should be deposited in the pastor’s account?: The intriguing factor has been that “The couple used to send money to Indiramma through the pastor’s bank account[5].” It is also not clear as who is the couple – whether Indiramma and Chengaiah or sister and brother-in-law. In any case, the deposit of money in pastor’s account raises many questions, because, they have to be at his mercy to get back / withdraw the money. Thus, the pastor got a chance to exploit the couple according to his whims and fancies. Even, here, also, at one stage, understanding the plot of the pastor, they could have avoided him or opened a separate account to deposit the amount. Otherwise, as bot the males are not there in the house and the women have been illiterate, the pastor took advantage and exploited them.

House inspected: After complaint to the police, they visited the crime spot to conduct their study. Rajampet DSP B. Lakshminarayana, circle inspector Narasimhulu and sub-inspector Mahesh and clues team personnel inspected the house. The body was sent to Rajampet Government hospital for post-mortem examination. The other formalities would be carried, as usual. After post-mortem, the body would be returned and the Church might help to bury, as a pastor is involved in the murder, so that the truth would be also buried with the body.

Case registered: A case was registered in Mannur police station. However, all cases involving the church are not reported as observed in other cases. In fact, even, this news has been published as local news and the national press has decided to do so, as obviously, a Christian pastor has been involved in the murder. Fromm YSR rule onwards, the AP church has been given soft corner and the govt. officials, particularly, Christians have been helping in suppression of crimes committed by the Christians by any means. They have been brainwashed in devoted and secular ways to save them in India.

Since 2015, Didde Ebenezer has been raping women: The victims informed the chairperson that the alleged misbehaviour of the pastor with young women was exposed in 2015 and a police case was booked. He has been exploiting women assuring them to make them to talk with God directly. However, for such divine exigency, certain rituals had to be followed, he insisted and explained to convince them. The poor women fell to his assurance and desire to talk with God agreed to be with him. Initially, he used to request favours like messaging his legs, hands, head and so on. Then, he used remove his shirt and asked them to message his back and front. In this way, indirectly, he induced them to develop instinct to have sex with him. Thus, he has been exploiting women regularly. In the house, where he was reportedly carried on such activities, used “Nirodh” packets were also found. Even after complaining to police, the women refused to return with parents. For this, one doctor explained that the women were mesmerized through some acts, so that they wanted to be with him only[6][3]. Moreover, they might have been drugged also, though he could not tell with confirmation, as such condition could be determined, only after testing. However, Ebenezer has been exploiting the women psychologically and physically.

When a pastor eloped with a girl: Irate residents of Dadithota village under Tadimari mandal attacked and damaged a local church on Tuesday night after its 51-year-old pastor allegedly eloped with a 15-year-old Dalit girl the same afternoon[7]. Bakkalapalli inspector V Anjayanelu said Rajeshwar Rao, who hails from Pulivendula in Kadapa district, was working as pastor of the Jerusalem Church in Dadithota village.On Tuesday, after the Dalit girl Saraswati completed her intermediate examinations, the two of them reportedly eloped. When villagers came to know about it at night, they attacked the church and damaged it completely[8].

They refuted the charges against him as fabricated. Using the church as his shield Andhra Pradesh pastor Didde Ebenezer committed a lot of crimes. Chief among them being sexually exploiting young girls and women of his parish, another newspaper pointed out[9]. It added that[10] “Earlier in September, there was another case of pastor abuse. The Renigunta rural police arrested Pastor Panneer Selvam, 54, for abusing a  minor near his house and allegedly forced himself on her.” That is why Andhra has been infested with the Christian sexploitation for many years has to be probed. Coming to Ebenezer, He does much publicity for himself and claims that[11] “he cares for HIV/AIDS through the social media Team members: Pastor.D.Ebenezer Didde, somebody”! So none knows that “nobody”. Evidently, he must have been wealthy enough to cover up everything and everybody to escape from the complaints and court proceedings.

On Deepavali day, complaint lodged by AP Women’s Commission chairperson: Didde Ebenezer has been evidently notorious and the victims exposed him. Expressing concern over the way a pastor allegedly subjected young women to sexual exploitation, AP Women’s Commission chairperson Nannapaneni Rajakumari, during her visit to Jagannadhapuram village of Tadepalligudem mandal in West Godavari on 18-10-2017 [Wednesday], instructed the police to arrest him and rescue four women reportedly confined by him[1]. Several women narrated to Ms Rajakumari how they were victimised by pastor Didde Ebenezer under the guise of running a Church at Jagannadhapuram[2]. “He would start by asking us to do simple things like giving him a massage, and then move his way up to more unspeakable actions. He would say that we have to follow whatever he says, or else something evil would befall us, no matter how disgusting his demand is,” a victim told media persons. Another victim alleged that the pastor was organise ‘special prayers’ and make women stand in the nude, in candle light. They also claimed that four women were under confinement with the pastor at present. The locals also alleged that the pastor’s male relatives also indulged in acts with women in the village. In other words, mass sex exploitation has been going in the name of god, church and divine activities.

Nude prayers conducted with candle lit: The police made enquiries at the houses of the victims and others. According to the victims, the pastor was exposed in 2015 and a police case was booked. The man, however, reportedly managed to get the case struck off in a local court with his influence, they alleged. In one case, he promised to marry a victim, but later refused. He tried to settle with her in a different manner. This was revealed by her narration to TV9 channel[4]. Later, he shifted his accommodation to Madhuru village to avoid trouble at Jagannadhapuram village. This is also evidently to avoid the legal implications of jurisdiction and all. The victims said that the pastor was targeting good looking young women and was even organising candle-lit prayers with the women in the nude[5]. The Tamil media also carried the story[6]. Obviously, it has been picked up from Deccan Herald[7]. Though, the media has not explained the significance of “nude worship”, it is detailed below in the Chriatian context.  They informed her that four women were under confinement with the pastor at present.

Victims explained how they were sexploited: Shocked at the ordeal of the women victims, Ms Rajakumari called up West Godavari SP M. Ravi Prakash and instructed him to arrest the pastor and get the four women released and handed over to the Women’s Commission. “We will immediately take him into custody, and free the women who are allegedly under confinement. We all had tears in our eyes when we heard the victims speak. This is not a normal incident. He has played with people’s life in a holy place like a church. We will prosecute him,” Rajakumari told locals, after the public meeting[8]. West Godavari Joint Collector said[9], “The allegations are shocking. We will ensure that he loses the title of ‘pastor’ and take strict action against him. We will find all the people responsible for the incident and assure action against all of them.” Later, she assured the women that she would fight on the issue until all the victims get justice. She said that as Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu was on a foreign tour, she would take it up to his notice to take stern action against the erring pastor after his return to the state.

Why Nude worship in Church and how it is allowed?: In 21^st century, one should ask as to how the nude worship is allowed in church and the Christians approve it. It is evident that it is allowed in USA under the guise of theology. Pastor Allen Parker, the leader of White Tail Chapel in the town of Southampton, said he came to the decision to allow naked worship after concluding the clothing requirements of other churches were overly ‘pretentious’, and decided his own flock should be free to forgo such materialism if they desire[13]. He believes he is in good company too, claiming many of the most important moments in the Bible happened while the protagonists were nude, including Jesus’ crucifixion and resurrection[14]. Speaking to CNN, Parker said: ‘When he [Jesus] was born he was naked, when he was crucified he was naked and when he arose he left his clothes in the tomb and he was naked.’ ‘If God made us that way, how can that be wrong?’ he added.

Nudity started from Genesis and hence Christians can indulge in nude worship: Parker is believed to have drawn at least some of his opinions on nudity from the book of Genesis, in which Adam and Eve were originally described as ‘both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed’. It was only after sinfully eating forbidden fruit from the Tree of Knowledge that Adam and Even are said to have seen their nudity as shameful, at which point they sowed fig leaves into loincloths. Although the church allows worshipers to attend services fully naked, many have decided they would rather continue to attend fully clothed, particuarly when in mid-winter, while others opt to just reveal their breasts or genitals. The idea is that nudity is ‘the great equaliser’, reminding all those gathered in the church that they are simple human beings and that, beneath any personal wealth or glamorous outward appearance, they are all more of less the same beneath the clothing. ‘There’s not a feeling that you have to be better than one another, physically. We’re humans, we have scars, we have what we have. It’s learning to love and accept that,’ Parker says.

Christian Nude worship or mass sex exploitation or group sex – what has been going on?: But, how in India it is allowed is a question. In Karnataka, when women were practicing exclusively such worship without any controversy, the modernized persons made it controversy and banned it[15]. Here, ironically, the Christians not only tacitly accepting, but also justifying indirectly However, the sexploitation of many women nearly 20 as reported by the Telugu media by Ebenezer has been monstrous, gruesome and grotesque and cannot be allowed on any account. Strangely, all the liberals and torch bearers who give sermon on toleration and all are keeping quite. None could imagine that they do not read this news, as this has been going on for three years.

SHIMOGA March 4. The Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate, Tushar Girinath, has imposed ban orders in connection with the annual jatra of Renukamba at Chandragutti in Sorab taluk. The jatra is scheduled to be held from March 9 to 14. The ban has been imposed to prevent “bettale seve” (worship in the nude). The order bans the congregation of people during the jatra within a radius of 5 km. of the temple under the provisions of the Section 35 of the Karnataka Police Act. Mr. Girinath has allowed the performance of rites during the jatra. He has passed an order banning sale of liquor during the jatra time in a radius of 5 km. of the temple. The Chandragutti jatra was marred in 1986 when enthusiastic activists tried to stop the devotees from worshipping in the nude. The angry devotees retaliated. In the melee, volunteers and police personnel were attacked and paraded naked.

V. Shanmuganathan: What went wrong with him and Sangh Parivar? (1)

Who is Shanmuganathan in Tamil Nadu politics and how did he rise to occupy a gubernatorial post?: The 67-year-old politician, a bachelor, hails from an agricultural family of modest means in Nagore, Nagapattinam district[1]. After graduating with an MA in political science, he became a full time RSS pracharak in 1969.  He rose steadily in the organisation and was the state RSS secretary from 1985 to 1995[2]. It was during his tenure as state secretary that the RSS headquarters in Chennai was razed to the ground on August 8, 1993 in a terrorist bombing that left scores of people killed and injured[3]. Old timers say he vowed on that day to build a new office within a year and came good on his promise. “It was difficult in those days as the BJP was in the opposition in Delhi and fundraising – especially for states like Tamil Nadu – was not at all in the radar of those who were in charge of budgetary allocations” says a senior BJP leader. In 1999, when the BJP-led NDA government headed by Atal Bihari Vajpayee was in power in Delhi, Shanmuganathan was drafted to the BJP and sent to the capital as additional secretary of the party’s parliamentary office[4]. During his time in the national capital, he struck up a close relationship with Narendra Modi, an RSS export to the BJP who became chief minister of Gujarat in 2001[5]. According to BJP leaders, Modi appreciated the fact that Shanmuganathan used to write positively about the state of affairs in Gujarat, especially after the 2002 riots, openly praise Modi’s ‘achievements’. In May 2015, Modi appointed him governor of Meghalaya.

Enjoying life Rajbhawan staff blaming the Governor joining hands with the protesters: Shanmuganathan’s name first came in to the limelight when former President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam died in Shillong on July 27, 2015 while addressing students at a university. Shanmuganathan claimed he was with him as governor of the state but later it emerged Shanmuganathan was nowhere on the scene when Kalam collapsed and was taken to hospital. “In reality, he was sleeping in his bedroom and [it was] only after the call from the Prime Minister [that he ran] to Bethany Hospital, Shillong, although, he was advised to visit Kalam” earlier, the Economic Times quoted one of his staff members as saying[6].  Actually, the Rajbhawan staff reportedly alleged that he was in the habit of telling lies, in the context of the present controversy[7]. All these prove that the staff, protesters and complainants were expecting an opportunity to hit him below the belt. Here, the media (Economic Times to The Wire) purposely carried the non-issue matter clubbing with the current issue, sensationalizing. “The Quint” had gone to the extreme of dubbing, “RSS Pracharak to Alleged ‘Playboy’: The Fall of Meghalaya Governor” it its caption[8]. Thus, the media attack-campaign can also be noted, that too, at a cheap level.

The background of V. Shanmauganathan and his Governorship: Facing sexual harassment charges, Meghalaya Governor V. Shanmuganathan,  former Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) ‘pracharak’, who was also in-charge of Arunachal Pradesh, on Thursday night (26-01-2017) resigned after a section of Raj Bhavan employees demanded his removal for “seriously compromising” the dignity of the gubernatorial office. Definitely, this news was suppressed by the groups of all ideologists for obvious reasons, as he has not been of that nature to be involved in controversies. Hailing from Thanjavur, he has been a post-graduate and an M.Phil in Political Science, and received the Madras University’s prestigious Gold Medal from its well-known Vice Chancellor T P Meenakshi Sundarnar.  Started working for RSS, he has been a good friend of lakhs and could remember them by name. He has been soft-spoken and friendly with all. He shifted to Delhi working for the Sangh-parivar organizations and then inducted into BJP “Think-tank”. Because of his hard work, political acumen and strategic ideas, he played a crucial role for BJP and elevated to Governorship in 2015. As BJP was planning to negotiate with the anti-national, seperatist and other groups of North-East, it wanted to maken them to mainstream with the factors of culture, tradition, heritage and civilization. The European, American and Chinese experts, researchers and propagandists have been brainwashed them as “non-Indians”, they had separate identity different from India and so on through literature, propagandist materials and physical ideological harassments. He had to face them under very hostile, demure and confronting conditions with suspicion working in all speeches, actions and interactions.

Congress versus BJP in Meghalaya: To some extent, the anti-RSS, anti-BJP and such categories also knew why he was posted there. Dr Mukul Sangma of Congress has been CM since April 2010 and the Congress was not happy with his appointment as Governor. Actually, there was proposal that Purno Agitok Sangma might be appointed as Governor, but, he was not done and unfortunately he died on March 4, 2016. Mukul Sangma in May 2014 itself accused NPP candidate and former chief minister P A Sangma of being “an agent of BJP” and contesting Lok Sabha elections to “propagate the message of RSS” adding that[9], “He (P A Sangma) is contesting the elections on an NPP ticket to propagate the message of RSS. Perhaps, a wolf in sheep’s clothing.” As Sangma was with Congress and moved towards BJP when he contested against Pranab Mukherjee, the daggers were drawn already. His strong worded outburst proved that he knew the BJP gameplan targeted against him[10]. In May 2016, Conrad Sangma, son of PA Sangma won the by-elections at the Tura Lok Sabha Constituency defeating Dikkanchi D Shira, wife of Mukul Sangma, the CM[11].  The BJP supported and campaigned for Conrad widening his influence[12]. This infuriated the husband CM, as father was dead, but his son to become a political competitor. It may be noted that in May 2016 only, the plan to target Shanmuganathan was hatched through the recruitment involving women.

Molestation charges against V. Shanmughanathan: As Keshari Nath Tripathi was shifted to West Bengal as Governor, he became Governor in May 2015. Chief Minister Mukul Sangma said earlier in the day said that he was waiting for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Home Ministry to take a call. Obviously, he did not want to add more heat to the boiling controversy. Nearly 100 Raj Bhavan staff here petitioned President Pranab Mukherjee, the Prime Minister and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh seeking their intervention to remove the Governor and restore the “dignity of Raj Bhavan”. Thus, the media has already decided. They alleged that[13] Mr. Shanmuganathan had “seriously compromised the dignity of the Raj Bhavan and made it a ‘young ladies club’. “It has become a place where young ladies come and go at will on direct orders of the Governor… Many of them have direct access to his bedroom.” Thus, media pointing to the “bed room”, though, the woman accused him of only alleged “molestation”. Mr. Shanmuganathan, who took over as the Governor of Meghalaya in May 2015, on Thursday attended a Republic Day celebration in Arunachal Pradesh, whose additional charge he holds since November 2015 last following the removal of Jyoti Prasad Rajkhowa.

CSWO, TUR and RAIOT – the radical, separatist and anti-national forces acting against him:  He was moving with various organizations and groups in his official capacity as Governor of two important NE states, but, he was definitely not briefed properly about their backgrounds. He was encouraging all to come to him and discuss with him all sorts of issues. The Thma u Rangli Juki also known as TUR has been spearheading some sort of “self-determination” struggle through various issues like wages, human rights, imposition of the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act, 1958, beef and so on. Women activists had begun a signature campaign here seeking Shanmuganathan’s removal[14]. The campaign, spearheaded by women-led Civil Society Women Organisation (CSWO) and Thma u Rangli Kuki (TUR), was launched following reports of inappropriate behaviour by the Governor Shamuganathan[15]. A woman job aspirant had also accused the Governor of making advances when she was appeared for an interview at the Raj Bhavan[16]. Thus, the dialoguers have turned against him with daggers. It is a crude joke that the Sangh-parivar did not know anything about this or the newly elected MP also did not care for him.
